Friendly staff, very decent breakfast - in a lovely bright & airy restaurant space - and location, location, location: the hotel is located right next to the Central/Cornavin station, meaning there's plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops, and fast-food places around and it's easy to get around. We got a discount on parking at the train station's parking garage.

There is no air conditioning in the room, so there was a fan (with a silent night-mode!) and we had to keep the window open but since it's a busy area, there was some noise coming in until late in the evening and early in the morning.

The location was fantastic, so close to everything. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the food was lovely and the fresh. It was surrounded by shops, eateries and attractions, all very easily accessible by foot or public transport. Train and tram a few minutes walk away. The lake at the bottom of the street. Just perfect for sightseeing.

Because the weather was so hot, the room was very hot. A fan was provided but it was still very hot at night. Just an older style hotel with no air conditioning. Unfortunate but I'd stay again because they were so friendly.

The location of the hotel is super close to the main train station, the iconic post office, and the lake shore from which one has a great view on the Jet d'Eau. The front desk staff was nice and spoke several languages. The restaurant food was exquisite. I'd say definitely one class above the hotel.

There was no air-conditioning and in the middle of the summer it was awfully hot in my little room despite being provided with a decent fan. I slept with the windows open but that was hardly refreshing and very noisy.

The location could not have been better. JUst opposite to the Geneva Train station. Very quick access to trains, buses and direct connection to Geneva airport by trains/buses every 15 mins. The Geneva lake and Jet d' Eau is a short 10 min walk and the Rue du Rhone is just 15 mins pleasant walk along the pictersque Geneva Lake

The size of the room was very compact and no space to open or spread our bags. Once bags are open it is difficult to navigate around the room. Room was expensive compared to the features/facilities provided

Very close to everything, perfect location! Great staff and service, very friendly despite the limited English and possibly my accent.

Unfortunately the lack of air conditioning let the place down, the fan and windows that could be opened was a saving grace! Breakfast is not too bad, but would’ve liked options like weetbix or hot food like sausages and bacon which would’ve made a difference.

The room is small but confortable. Staff is super friendly. Location is very convenient as its close to the train station and bars and restaurants. There is no AC but the fan does a great job at making the room at a good temperature

The street is noisy very early in the morning so if you keep the window open it may wake you up

The location was ideal for a weekend city break. Its 2 minutes from the train station and all the amenities restaurants and bars, its less than 5 minutes to the lake and all the related tourist attractions. The staff were really helpful and very friendly which always makes such a difference. The rooms were very comfortable and clean also quiet considering we were in the middle of the city and bigger than i expected as the website tells you the rooms are small. We had a fantastic weekend would definitely stay again.

We loved the location. Close to the center - lake. We could leave the car in the nearby public parking lot and the hotel gave us a discount (discount card; we paid EUR 8 per night). We didn't have breakfast, so we don't have an opinion.

In the summer, you have to expect that there is no air conditioner, instead there is a fan that spins/makes the wind. And since the hotel is in the center, you have to expect a noisy street, nightlife (at least on Saturday night)

The property was perfect location for the train station and the bus station. SO close the Geneva Lake as well. Only 1.4 klms to the old town of Geneva. It makes you walk to see the lake and the city

There was no air-conditioning and the fan that they have is quite noisy, I was ok with it as i come from hot in Australia however i would think others may think it was not the best solution to a hot summer

My family of 4 stayed one night while visiting Geneva. Location is great if you are looking for nice accommodations close to the rail lines (a two minute walk). The staff were friendly and the neighborhood seemed safe, even at night. Perfect location to walk to various spots within the city. The room was exactly as advertised and was clean - the bed was comfortable.

We didn't find anything that we thought needed improvement. The property was as expected and the staff were friendly.
