The hotel is right across the Geneva Train Station . Very accessible.

The room was a little small but quite clean. There is no closet for clothes, minimal space for luggage. There is also no personal ref inside the room. We missed that since we bought some cheese and cured meats that need refrigeration. Otherwise, all the necessities were there.

Central location across la Gare du Cornavin. Near the public transportation, restaurants, currency exchange, and shops. Staff is very professional, attentive and friendly. They are simply exceptional human beings. The hotel is clean, and so are the rooms. There is a mini fridge, safe and coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea in the room and some of the rooms have small balconies. The rooms are sound proof. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are also basic toiletries in the bathroom.

The only thing is that the rooms are a bit small so I had to be careful when passing by the bed to not hit my legs, and that I could not adjust the heating very well to make the room warmer. But those are really minor things compared to the benefits of this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a central location, next to bus and tram lines towards downtown Geneva and the United Nations. The jet d’eau and the Old Town are only about twenty minutes’ walk away. Although the hotel is located in front of a train station, on a square with a few pubs, our rooms were on the opposite side of the building and very quiet at night. An underground garage is under the square and the hotel offers a significant discount on price (-40%, when parking on floor -2 or -3). The rooms (standard king), though not very large, were clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the courtesy of the complimentary water, beer, coffee and teas in each room. The buffet breakfast was good. It was served in a cosy room and had enough choice of food and drinks. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Though coat hangers were provided, there was no wardrobe in our rooms. The district outside the hotel was not the most glamorous at night. However, we never felt unsafe.

The hotel has a great location, direct across the Railway station. Although this is a very busy area, the inside of the hotel is very clean, quiet and calm. The interior is elegantly decorated and the rooms are (also) very clean. The room has all the "basics" correct: nice bathroom, hot shower with good waterpressure, comfortable and spacious bed. We also opted for the breakfast, which is recommended. The food was good and fresh, with a nice selection of different choices. Finally, the staff is very friendly and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

No regrets whatsoever!

Location was fantastic for us, very close to the station and everything on foot, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a great experience at Bernina. There is room for improvement, 1/ air-conditioning. You do not have full control over it however reception do offer a fan which is a little noisy to run during the night. 2/ Loud thumping and banging, it almost sounds like people are running back and forth from their rooms at times. 3/ Housekeeping forgot to give us toliet paper and we had to call reception which delivered very quickly. 4/ the pillow was very comfortable. There was no support and just tlo flat even with 2 pillows stacked up. Woke up with a stiff neck and managed to stretch it out.

First, the lobby. It has a wonderful scent and the staff was very welcoming. The room was gorgeous - I loved how modern the decor was and I had a great view of the city. The bed might just be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, it was hard to get out of it! Great central location, even though it was by the train station it wasn't very noisy.

Just opposite the Cornavin train station, convenient especially if you are carrying large luggages Very clean rooms, newly refurbrished, very comfy beds We stayed at the second floor, there was not much noise in the night when you closed all the windows Staff was helpful, one of our rooms had a problem with the air con, and they were able to send someone to try to fix it and switched the room for us swiftly when it was not fixable The breakfast was superb, the staff helping with the breakfast was warm and friendly

they hv just reopen 8months ago. but everything exceeds my expectation! love love coffee maker inroom, spacious room, comfortable bed n pillows, large n comfortable bathroom with hairdryer is a thumbs up!, welcome cookies and chocolate awwwhh so in love, welcoming frontdesk, location just in front of the cornavin train station,so convenient! i love this hotel. will definitely recommend and come again =)

Rooms were lovely. Shame windows were positioned as they are as one cannot see the view when sitting on the lovely couches( but I appreciate you can’t change this). The best part about your hotel is your main male reception staff( sorry I can’t recall his name but he says he has been with you for about 10 years). He was very pleasant and helpful, and one can tell he loves working there. There are many lovely hotels, but I believe the staff make all the difference. Location also fantastic
