Close to Luzern, but not so expensive as in Luzern. Plenty of free parking space for cars. Good bathroom with overwhelming number of towels. Breakfast ok, good coffee. Free public transport to Luzern, and discount on some places. 10 min. walk to station, 8 min train drive to central station. Be there in time, railway barriers close some minutes before arrival, and then you can’t reach the station anymore!

Only 1 train/hour outside rush hours.

The hotel provides Luzern-Visitor card for the period of your stay. You can take the train (7 mins walk from the hotel) to the central station of Luzern for free. You could also use it to get some discount when taking the cable car up to the Rigi mountain.

The showergel/shampoo is empty, that should have been checked in advance to avoid inconvenience for the guests.

We have stayed here many times in the past on our journey home from Italy. It is a perfect distance for our first overnight stop.We had a very warm welcome, as always, and everything about the hotel was delightful. I must make a special mention of Maxim's cooking. The meals are really exceptional- not cheap, but well worth the expense as an occasional treat. A big thank you to him and all his family and staff.

A stronger pound, or weaker Swiss franc! Seriously, everything was great.

The staff was very courteous and professional and very pleasant to deal with from check in, to room assistance, to the breakfast and the lounge.

Breakfast was pretty good but could have been better with more hot options (i.e. scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, and toast or waffles.

The room was clean and the check-in was a breeze. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast spread was very good. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the train station, so it can be challenging to lug your luggage and stuff. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Property was clean and tidy, staff was helpful and welcoming, they also gave us an early checkin. Checkin procedure was fast and easy. Has a nice and cozy restaurant. Close to the railway station.

Easy to drive to hotel and great free parking as the hotel is located a bit outside city center. However, super easy to take train (free of charge for hotel visitors) to Lucerne central station snd just one stop with S6 or S77. We also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed local Swiss food. All was just fine, incl friendly and super helpful staff.

I like its location. Its close to the train station when you go to Lucerne.

The floor is a bit dirty ,Pillows are soft , and it is not soundproof you can hear others from their rooms above.

Everything. The staff was really attentive and helpful. I received a free transport ticket and some discounts to the museums for the day I stayed. Everything was clean and cozy, the breakfast was good.

Modern room and overall facilities, great restaurant downstairs, huge parking lot, very nice breakfast; but the best was the staff, Monica was very helpful and kind.

Since the hotel is next to a somewhat busy street, there may be a bit of noise during the night, but nothing out of the ordinary.
