Room was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was very good , coffee excellent and lots of choice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the quality was very good and quite original. Good to have the sauna to ourselves.

We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very busy and noisy....the tables should be placed not so close together as we had to ask to move as children on the table behind kept asking us to move our chairs so they could get through. Also we arrived down for breakfast at 10 am and had to ask to have the egg trays refilled, as there were no eggs left, nor bacon.

It was a beautiful experience at this hotel. They go way and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beautiful crib setup with a soft toy for my baby boy was very thoughtful. I also had a delayed baggage issue because of which I did not have my baby stroller with me but the manager of the hotel offered me her own stroller free of charge to use for the 3 days we stayed there. Location is restaurant is amazing too specially the pizza. Also the little playground and mini go kart is a treat for the little kids. Book now for your stay at Gstaad and you won't regret.

The hotel is superb, modern, clean, amazing restaurant and the best is the service, they are extremely customer oriented, kind and friendly. The room is big, well equipped and the balcony is huge. They left chocolates everyday for us. My dog was with me and they provide some stuff to her, a ball that she loved. The breakfast is called “rich breakfast” and you understand why once is there 😅 The restaurant team is incredible. Mr José was extremely kind and made us feel like home. Sensational food and ambience.

The convenience and location are outstanding, just outside both Eggli and Zuckerli slopes, we could park our car for free and rent the ski equipment for free just outside the hotel which gave us so much comfort! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, ours came with a nice balcony and view and a very relaxing sound of a water stream just outside the hotel. the private SPA time was lovely and will make you question whether you want to attend it with other people ever again. In addition, the breakfast is very good with good coffee, local cheeses and cold meets besides a very good warm option. In the evening the terrace restaurant is buzzing with people ordering the best pizza in town.

Room was same as shown in pictures. Nice location . Very good breakfast . We had great time in Gstaad & in this hotel. Reception staff was also very polite & informative. Nice restaurant in the same hotel & food was excellent always.

We had only one minor issue. When there was hot in room , we asked for fan but all 4 days, we got answer that all fans given . It hardly cost Euro 30-40 & they could keep more fans in their stock for such situation.

This is a family hotel, typically mountain cabin, woody, ski hotel. The best thing is the restaurant. Hello! They are family run, but the family that works in the kitchen is crazy good.

Nothing, except it is not the four star standard you find in the cities, this the high mountain standard; meaning: on the minus side; no one is there to carry your luggage, the reception closes at 11 etc. But on the other side, you still feel like the guest, not just another guest.

This is a fantastic hotel at a very good location: close to the nature, ski lifts and the center of Gstaad. Everything is in the walking distance. A bike and ski shop opposite to the hotel has all equipment for free for the hotel guests (attention - e-Bikes are at a surcharge) Very nice and helpful people. Restaurant and the food is great, as well as the accommodation!

The hotel personal is not knowledgeable about the hike trails or any surrounding at all and not very attentive to the sole traveller. The breakfast is ok-ish, there's a lot of things you need to order extra (like fresh vegetables) - you don't get them if you don't ask...

This is the perfect example of a super well run 60-year old family hotel. The staff is amazing, the hotel has been remodeled over the years and is modern yet authentic, and very comfortable. The swimming pool area is perfectly clean and so enjoyable. The kids loved the pool, the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, as well as Netflix on TV. We the parents loved enjoying dinner while salefy watching over the kids playing outside, and the lovely bedroom balcony from where we watched the sunset.

Not much, our stay was perfect. Maybe the restaurant. The food was very good, but maybe not as amazing as the rest of the hotel. That said, the restaurant staff was very friendly and we enjoyed it a lot. I'm really playing devil's advocate here.

Super room with all the necessary comfort. The location of the hotel is good and they have an excellent breakfast. The region is wonderful and in front of the hotel they have a bike shop with an interesting offer. We went to the Launensee which is Beautiful. We would recommend it to our friends, the hotel and the ride :)

The staff, location and facilities were perfect for us: neat to town but quiet, and VERY friendly and competent staff. We had a very generous room with a large balcony, seating area and bathroom, with a view to the mountains. Also, free parking in fromt of the hotel!

Everything was very good, but we found the matrasses rather hard. Also, a mini-bar would have been great!
