We visited Saas-Fee the second time. Sybille and her family really was the warmest and wonderful hosts we have ever met. On the day of our arrival, the road to Saas-Fee was closed due to destruction by the heavy rain. Sybille kept messaging and updating me about the road and the bus situation. Not until 4 pm the road was open but only for 2 hours letting transport in and out. Thankful to Sybille we caught this chance and got the bus to Saas-Fee and they already arranged a shuttle to pick us at the bus station. What exceeded our expectation, they upgraded us to Superior two-bedroom apartment and hoped we could have a comfort stay! Quick check-in and offered us snacks and welcoming wine. Apartment is cozy, clean, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, great view from the dining room and also from the balcony. Breakfast was good with choice of eggs. We could use their laundry room for free. Sybille gave us excellent and professional advice the area of the town, the direction to find marmots and the opening hours of cable cars, etc. And thanks to Pesche dropped us to the bus station and ended with a warm goodbye. We definitely recommend Elite Alpine Lodge if travelling to Saas-Fee!

I expected the Elite Alpine Lodge to be excellent but it greatly surpassed my expectations. The views were stunning our hosts were wonderful; they were helpful, friendly and kept all immaculate. The location is central but up a little and away from the Main Street. I found this very peaceful. I will be back again very soon.

I have tried to think of an improvement but there is nothing occurs to me. This is an outstanding apartment with the best of hosts. I didn't like having to leave. I could easily settle here.

So, We were on mission to find a beautiful small mountain village in Switzerland that was not over crowded with tourists. After searching, we ended up in the beautiful mountain Saas fee. Happy to say, we made an excellent choice with Elite Alpine Lodge. First of all, the service was wonderful. From the day we arrived to the day we left, we experienced nothing but the best care from both Sybille and Pesche. We were picked up by Pesche and their sweet dog at the bus station in an electric taxi ( all that can be used in this town). As we arrived to their adorable boutique generationally owned yet recently updated hotel l, we were warmly welcomed by sweet Sybille. Her enthusiasm and love for her guests was felt right at our first encounter. By the end of our stay, we felt like we gained a family in this little town of Saas Fee. Thats how beautiful our experience was. Secondly, and just as important,the room was large and well appointed with beautiful mountain views and a very modern mountain sleek architecture. The welcome fruits and the welcome drinks upon arrival were such nice gestures. Last but not least, The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The eggs were made to order. We enjoyed the beautiful m mountain view and our conversation with Sybille every morning. We recommend this mountain hideaway spot to anyone seeking a winter wonderland getaway. Very friendly and helpful staff! It was a pleasure to be there. My brother and I traveled separately, but they made the effort to pick both of us from the bus station. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfasts were very good. The sauna area was also good. The hotel is conveniently located, maybe 10 minutes from the Aplin Express (a little uphill... you know, as it usually is in the mountains). Definitely, a good choice if you are looking for something small(er) and cozy.

All: the owners, the comfort the beds, the design ... is all very good. We would come back for sure if we plan again to go to Saas Fee. This was our best apartment in Saas Fee in the last 6 years.

Here is a property that deserves a full '10' in every respect! It would be hard to find more gracious hosts and a better appointed apartment. We liked everything so much that it is almost certain we'll come again.

The owners and staff are lovely and very welcoming, they make you feel at home the moment you arrive. The rooms are stunning in a wonderful location and the breakfast is brilliant!
