The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. Breakfast choice is very broad and did not miss anything that is needed for any type of traveler. The buffet was constantly renewed with fresh products. Staff was kind and helpful. The access to the pool and jacuzzi was a great additional feature.

The booking through booking.com was made for my family specifying the number and age of children. The room had no extra bed for children right away, it seemed that you had to do the request separately, which I think is not convenient. Additionally the pictures on the site and booking.com show two different rooms for the same "labeling" Deluxe Double Room South, one showing a table and the other showing a couch, which we thought was a sofa bed, like 99% of the rooms we booked when mentioning children. We did not ask the extra bed to not bother with this topic during our holidays. However, this did not affect our positive experience at any point, but just wanted to point this out in case of traveling with children.

The Schweizerhof is well located, close to the center of Saas-Fee. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a well organised shuttle system. They come at the parking and bring you also to the gondolas every half an hour or if there is lots of people, more often. The wellness area is nice but some additional decoration would have given a little more glamour to this place. They have a restaurant in the hotel but they only serve a menu at night for CHF 72.- per person. The meals were a little special during our stay and dedicated to people who want to experience special flavours so we didn't eat there but in other restaurants in town that are really close to the hotel. Breakfast was good during the 3 mornings we spent at the hotel. We had a north east room but on the 3rd floor and the room was great with views on the mountains and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay at the Schweizerhof.

Great location, it is close by the ski slopes, however if you don't like to walk 5-7 minutes, the hotel offers you free rides to and from the slopes. Both Spa areas are nice, the swimming pool could be a bit warmer. The food was great, breakfast is good as well. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The tea and cookies time is a great idea.

The gym area is extremely outaded, for the room prices they charge, you would expect a decent gym room. The shower head in the bathroom runs when you turn the faucet to take a bath, it was broken. The kids food

When comparing similarly priced hotels (£400 a night is not cheap) I would expect to see individual mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, handwash etc rather than a big squeezy bottle screwed to the wall... it's the little things. Also, although we were on the second floor, I would have thought we would have a better view, but we were mostly surrounded by other chalets, some of which would have a view directly into our room if we weren't very careful. I don't wish to be too negative though because we really enjoyed our stay

After 20 days hiking in the mountains, we allowed ourselves a bit of luxury for our last night. We did not use the restaurant for dinner or the wellness facilities, but we were very happy with the bedroom - lots of space and a huge, really comfortable bed. It was nice to have the luxury of a bath, although the shower gel dispenser was empty and we also ran out of tissues the following morning. Breakfast was excellent. After so many days up in the mountains, it was a bit strange when the receptionist suggested that we might want to visit the "marmot village" in Saas-Fee :-)

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, very good diner. Taxi from/to parking and lifts is well arranged. Very nice accomodation. We liked the swimming pool and wellness.

Bathrooms are not according to 4-star standards. Pillows are not good (too flat) (but extra pillow was provided when asked)

Breakfast was okay. Offered a delicious muesli but but they cannot prepare proper scrambled eggs as these were very dry

We had to leave very early to get our flights from Geneva (depart Saas fee at 5.30 am) but Hotel management could not provide us with any sort of transportation to car park at the edge of the village. we were told that all staff only start work at 6.30am. Hotel receptionist offered to prepare breakfast boxes and leave them in the reception counter. She took our order but there was nothing in the morning

Spacious room with a balcony. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. Comfortable beds. Great sauna with with wellness facilities and great views to the outside.

The Sauna opens at 15:00, which is a bit late.
