The room was very nice, spacious for a single person and stylishly done. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast delicious. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely come back.

I would not buy from the minibar, it's overpriced. But as there are lots of shops close by (f.i.Coop pronto, which is open every day and in the evening) that's no problem. There is space in the fridge to put in your own stuff. But the fridge was not very cold.

Before we arrive I sent many messages through booking.com asking questions or requests, however, most of them are ignored and unanswered. For example I asked two separate covers and sheets but this was ignored. Nest day I asked the cleaning people then there was no problem. I wish they looked at my request and did it before we checkin. I had night guard (put in my mouth while sleeping in order to prevent grinding) rapped with tissue paper and put on the top of sink together with m tooth brush and tooth paste. The first three mornings the cleaning team left it there, but the third day it was gone. I mentioned this to the front desk but I idid not hear anything from them - no word of apology. This is disappointing, I felt as if they did not care at all for what happened to me.

location was clean and room was cute and very clean. I was there for Mother’s Day and there was a super nice breakfast. also got a rose. staff was nice and many nice touches that were thoughtful.

check in took a really long time. wished that I could pre-fill in the information for the electronic checkin. I didn’t have shampoo, body soap or conditioner in the room. did not figure it out until the night when there was no one working.

Lovely and friendly receptionists, who already had the room keys prepared when we arrived (tip: good to do the self on-line check in to speed things up prior to arrival, especially when you have more than 1 room like us). Rooms were modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Rooms were equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine which allowed us to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee in the room. Their mini bar in each room also provides snacks and drinks if you are desperate for something to eat/drink without leaving the room. Otherwise, this hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, train station and only 9 minutes walk to the St Gallen Cathedral.

The pillows provided were the standard soft pillows. My personal preference for a hard pillow, but we were there for only one night, so I didn’t bother to ask if they had other options. I still slept well, so no issue.

Very friendly but most importantly, really personalised service, from when I checked-in to when I checked-out, including a personal welcome note for the complimentary bottles of water in the room. Very good breakfast, the eggs in particular, and the fresh ingredients, again, very personal service. The room was very spacious and I love the style, semi open, very very comfy bed. Location: again great! Very close to the train station without being a "station hotel" and walking distance to the main historic part of town and the museums.

Location: Safe neighborhood and in walking distance from St. Gallen Main station. There are also bus stops just about 4 min away in case the 7 min walk to the station is too far. Rooms: Very spacious rooms, clean, new and with all amenities that you could wish for (fridge, safe, iron board, umbrella for rainy days, yoga mat, a backpack, coffee machine, etc. The family room also comes with a mini kitchenette. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The hotel is not on a main road and also away from the busy city center, so the noise level is very low. Staff: Extremely friendly in all the interactions we had and they fulfil your wishes before you even asked for them. Always a smile on their face, they are making you feel truly welcome. Breakfast: Amazing variety of warm dishes (eggs, bacon, etc.), cold cut meat, cheese, bread, yoghurt, pastries, juices. All what you would expect from a decent buffet but with just another level of quality. Every single person in our group of six was amazed. Also to note, the hotel moved into a new location in 2020. Any reviews prior to that refers to the old building. In a nutshell: In over 30 years of travel experience, this hotel comes very very high in my ranking.

I am usually a very critical person... and I usually always find something that could be improved, however... there is absolutely nothing to complain about!

All you need is there - good location, clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Rooms have a bit of creativity to their design, but not over the top, lobby area is very pleasant to hang out in.

Breakfast could have a wider selection of vegetables and fresh fruits. Otherwise, all well!

This was such a nice hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well designed. There was space for everything. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Just a couple of minutes from the train station. We loved our time in this hotel and in St. Gallen.

This is very subjective, but I think the beds were a bit too much on the hard side.

Simple design but cool and very comfortable. Room was a great size with pretty much everything needed for a city trip.

There is a pillow menu on offer, but we didn't realise there was only a super soft pillow in the room until too late. Would be good to offer a soft and a firm option as standard in the room.
