I did not eat their breakfast. The service reps were always gone from the front desk!, and people had to wait and wait for them to return, even when the dinging bell was hit. There's a sign to 'call' but no number to use. The day shift rep was very helpful, when she finally got to the desk. She answered questions, gave directions, was very friendly. The evening rep was, not so much. I used to taxi-guy there twice. I feel he overcharged me. The desk rep said a taxi trip was not more than 50 (dollars in Swiss currency), but he charged me way over that both times. A rip-off.

Huge, clean room, super comfy beds and pillows and lot of clean towels. Great selection of TV programs (I was so happy to be able to watch F1 qualification there). A lot of parking places. Breakfast selection is good. Staff is really helpful. My room wifi didn’t work because I have EU phone number, but the lady at the reception helped me with that too. Neighborhood is calm and safe. If you’re going to Zurich, location is great because train station is 5 minutes walk away. All in all, really good place to stay!

Airport is somewhere near, so we’ve heard planes in the morning. Hotel thought of that too, so you can find ear plugs and cotton pads in bathroom. But if you close the window (there is AC in the room), that won’t be issue either.

The crystal white cleanliness. The soo much comfortable mattress and soft cover and pillow (there was a choise of 2 with different consistencies), that I didn't want to leave. All the commodities and details of a 4-star hotel. The delicious breakfast - the sortiment surprised me positively as I rarely meet smoked salmon for breakfast in the hotels and I love it. Additionally, you get freshly prepared eggs and bacon according to your personal choise from a little menu. The coffee mashine. The location is not totally central, but is very modern and with the tram, which is in 1-2 min walking, the center can be very easily accessed in less then 20 min. Nearby there is a train station as well. The stuff was really polite and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't want to leave, so I can't remember of any issues

Very nice and helpful staff especially Natalia. The housekeeping team were responsive and kind. Coffee is free and available anytime. Very peaceful neighborhood Though it's quite far from the City, the transpo is easy to access, bus, train and tram are just few steps.

The room is a bit warm especially now it's summer. But there's fan to use .

The location is perfect close to railway station. The reception was open with kind people. The rooms were clean. At the check in we got two rooms next to eachother with a door in the middle that connects the other room. Breakfast was good.

No airconditioning in the rooms. The beds had a board at foot end so not comfortable for tall people.

The location is about 15 mins from the airport. Bus stop is just at the back of the hotel and tram is about 2-3 mins walk. Very convenient if you come from the airport. About 10 mins walk to train station if you want to go to Zurich city centre (2 stops). They provide bath rob, slippers, and so on..

The air conditioning wasn't that strong enough

Business suite was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Free parking was useful. Air conditioning was a luxury.

Weird that you need to get a text to get access to wifi- if I was going to do that I would just use my roaming data. Also strange process of switching keys when you left the building.

The lovely lady at the reception upgraded our room and our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet, clean overall. The bed is super comfortable. The train station is only 6 mins walk from the hotel and Zurich central is only 2 stops. The free parking is a bonus! If you are passing by Zurich, this hotel might be the best choice.

Wallisellen is not too far from Zurich downtown - you can easily reach the city by train or trams/buses. The hotel is about 5-7 mins walk to the Wallisellen bahnhof. The staff at the reception was nice and helpful (we had some questions beforehand our stay). The room was clean, with comfortable bed.

The customer service was exceptional. Easy check-in process. Natalia was very professional at front desk. The room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. Perfect for family of 4.

Kids didn’t like the breakfast spread so we didn’t go for it.
