Just 5km from the airport, it was a great place to rest before flying back to home country after a long 5-week Grand Tour of Switzerland. We stayed in so many Holiday Inn Hotels that I mistook the previous one in Lucern, Kriens for this one and rated it as if it was this one. Oops sorry for that! but it goes to show that we are happy with the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. We think that Holiday Inn has kept an impressive consistency in its good quality.

If the hotel would provide a kettle and a fridge, it would be perfect. And if the air-conditioning can be cooler in summer, it would be very much appreciated!

The rooms were very clean, the beds were made daily and the towels exchanged too (although we would've gladly re-used them once for sustainability reasons). The breakfast was amazing! Lots of options and all of it was very tasty and refilled in a timely manner. The ice cube machine on the hotel room floor was a welcome addition with the hot weather.

The pillow was not very comfortable, and we found out too late that we could have exchanged it at the reception (so this was partly on us). We also had one issue with our card not working for the lift/room, as probably the wrong number of nights were put in when checking in. This was luckily swiftly resolved by the staff! So both were very minor 'nuisances' that did not greatly affect our stay.

The staff were the friendliest I have ever come across and are only too happy to help guests with any queries whether it be advice on attractions and how to get there or asking for additional toiletries. The location is brilliant if you are going to a concert in the Hallenstadion, plus you aren't too far away from the Zurich Oerlikon Bahnhof or the tram 11 stop. The Zurich Exhibition Centre is also just right across the road from the hotel and we were very fortunate that the Zurich Auto Show was on during our stay. The beds are amongst the most comfortable that I have come across in any hotel I have visited.

The room was just a bit too warm for my comfort and the air conditioning didn't seem to work.

The location is fantastic, literally it's a 1 minute walk from the 'Hallenstadion' and the bus stops. I travelled alone for a concert so location was an important deciding factor for me. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel was also friendly and calm. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had no back/neck pain the next morning. Dinner was really nice. Beautiful bar/lounge area. It smelled lovely in the hotel. Gym in the hotel.

My room wasn't very clean, e.g. loads of dust on the floor, hair in the sink. Breakfast could be better.

Location was great, tram is 4-5min walking distance, train is 8-9min walking distance, bus station just right Infront of the lobby main door. Super convenient. Coop also nearby and alot of shops for shopping as well. The room is very clean, bed also very comfortable. There are also a space for us to chill in the lobby area. Highly recommended.

The attached hair dryer has a very low power. It tooks so long to dry my hair.

The hotel staff was very helpful and guided us in buying tickets and routes to various places. Also extended checkout by 2 hours on our request. Breakfast was as expected, not great but missing nothing. Location is really good and buses and trams are very nearby.

The tea kettle was leaking but they were prompt to replace it !

The location of the hotel is great for concerts at the Hallenstadion and has good public transport connections. On arrival the hotel has a very nice lobby and the staff were kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious and had all amenities for a good nights sleep. The pillow selection and comfort of the bed were outstanding!

While the lobby is very modern and chic, the room felt a little tired in its design and showed some wear and tear in the shape of scuffs and scratches on walls and furniture and could use a little TLC.

Room was specious and location also have good connectivity. Breakfast was satisfactory as well, have good options.

Nothing specific though like to mentions few things - did not have any water bottle inside the room and did not informed either how to get that. Few of the switches was broken

The hotel is quite trendy and staff service is exceptional. it’s the ideal stopover hotel when transiting through Zurich.

the single beds were comfortable but they should be placed together in a double to allow 2 people to sleep together and still have the option of separation.
