Location of this hotel is very good--less than 10 minutes from the airport by Bus #768 and this bus also takes you to the train station, Zurich Oerlikon, which is a transfer point to the Zurich HB. There are also a Coop and Migros supermarket outlets within 2 blocks of the hotel as well as doner and pizza restaurants.

Having housekeeping knocking on my door on the day of check-out at 9:00 AM when checkout was clearly advertised as UNTIL 12:00 PM. Everything in Zurich is VERY expensive. Taking that into account, this hotel is fairly reasonable but probably not worth what they are charging. Also, the "front desk" is a table in the lobby and it was not staffed regularly. This resulted in not being able to always get information that is usually available at the reception area in hotels.

I had 1 night at the hotel. Based on my previous experiences with hotels in Swiss in this price ranges this was the best one. Near to the airport, 4 station with the tram 10 or 12 from the airport to Glatburg Station. 5 minutes walk. Modern hotel. Tram 10 goes directly to the city centre. Free mini bar on the arriving day! Nice staff. Bar, gym. Easy check out, left the key card in the Box. Modern room. Big screen TV with screen shares.

Good location to reach from the airport by bus. Easy check in, comfy beds, clean, quiet. My only complaint is the room was too hot 23° is too hot for me for sleeping. I turned down the heat but it made no difference. I could open the window but then there was traffic noise, window closed no noise. Perhaps requesting the heat be turned down prior to arrival would be good.

What an amazing stay! I stayed here for 6 nights for a nearby finance conference at the circle in Zurich Airport. It was the best decision ever for cost savings but also the distance is literally 10 minutes away, and buses come every 5 minutes. The room is spacious, wifi very fast and quick, apple tv and also a gym with fully functioning weights and sauna. Receptionist was also helpful in the time that i stayed here. Will come back again for an airport stay! Nearby coop supermarket and chinese takeaway is a bonus!

The checkin was only at 3pm but I guess they have a huge turnaround so Im okay with it.

Perfect hotel for an overnight layover. It is 5 minutes bus ride from the airport and 20 minutes train ride into the city center. The room is spacious and modern with free drinks in the mini fridge. Great value for what I got.

The very convenient location- to the airport as well as restaurants, for dinner for us! Also really liked the room decor, and the (mood) lighting, and that the bar fridge was free for the 1st night (although had more beer than pop in ours, and we're not beer drinkers- but really thoughtful) :) Also we had a little problem with our door not locking when we left the room, but the front desk clerk that checked us in was able to come up right away and fixe it in a few seconds. That was very good!

Didn't like that there was no air-conditioning in the room. I particularly chose all the accomodations in 3 countries for our trip to Europe this year with the amenity of air-conditioners in the rooms. Luckily we had a tiny fan and the window was able to be kept open a bit with the curtain over it. Everything else was great!! Thank you!

Great hotel if you're taking a flight the next day. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Big TVs, free mini bar, and mood lighting were cool extras. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Hotel is either new or recently renovated. Gas stations close by if returning a rental. Didn't try nearby restaurants, but there were good options for quick to-go snacks before the airport. This is an exceptional value for the price given the quality of this establishment.

This was exactly what were looking for, a nice hotel close to the airport for a flight the following day. I suppose it could be considered an option as a base for visiting Zurich, but the train ride would be too long for our preference.

Gina from breakfast was very sweet and service minded. She tried to help with things when the reception was empty. She’s a great asset for DORMERO. The fitness area is nice as well as the size of the bed.

the room was fine except a few minor inconveniences - a light in the room was broken, the treadmill in the fitness room also didn’t work (it was missing a converter), and then the chair in the room broke suddenly while I was sitting in it with my 3 year which resulted in her hurting her head and arm. Note, together me and her does not weigh more than the average man, so it should not have broken. I also believe the breakfast price (24 franc) is too pricy.

Hotel had plenty of eating areas around it, it was raining but still went for a walk. Taxi service to hotel was good. Room had free wifi for 1 appliance. Very spacious room, could have held a lot more furniture but didn't thankfully!

The bathroom door was coming off it's top hinge and wouldn't close. Not keen on a bath, had to climb into the bathtub to turn the shower on, didn't realise even new hotels provided this facility!

It is a very nice place,nice location and close to the bus stop just 1-2 mins walk away from the hotel and also close to Zurich airport and train station 4-5 mins.by bus!Restaurants and supermarket just around the corner!We had a nice room with a big comfortable bed..it's just that the floor is not clean properly( hair and other dirts are on the floor).

What I didn't like is that my visa card information was kept by them and anytime they want to deduct a money from me they can do it anytime without the need of my permission on my bank online app.
