I got what I hoped for. I have known the hotel for a long time. Good and fast connections to the airport by shuttle bus. I fill me comfortable! I also use the fitness and sauna facilities. You can enjoy a meal in the restaurant, have a drink at the bar... I'm sure the breakfasts are also good, although I never eat breakfast. But a morning cup of coffee is always appreciated , before my early departure.

Usually, need have to wait a bit at check-in as two managers are not always available. Going to the airport in the morning is a bit of a 'lottery' as there is a live queue and the number of bus seats is limited. You should guarantee seats for the morning buses by registering passengers in the evening and arranging extra buses in the morning (at least 3 per hour) to eliminate this "slim" spot if necessary. I find the standard rate a bit excessive and do not choose this hotel for that reason. However, I am happy to book this hotel if there is a discount.

Staff are all very good, trying to answer and resolve the questions that we have during this stay. The bed is very comfortable. Nearby the airport with shuttle, also convinent to go the city center by bus or train. Any charged item is clearly stated in the message from the hotel before you arrive or in the room durinh your stay.

Hotel sould have some history so it's not newly renovated. However, the service quality is more important to us.

The staff makes every effort to welcome you and the hotel is close to the airport

The hotel must think again about the WiFi policy. We are in 2023. I give you a clue: I am one of those people who is not keen on using credit cards with so many vendors. It would have been good if the wifi was an option at check-in and you had paid it together with the room bill

Facility of Executive Lounge Included in the per night booking is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Shuttle service to hotels is very convenient.

The calls made to Housekeeping or Room service would always stay unanswered..A microwave in the lounge ensure guests can enjoy warm food when needed.

Always clean, friendly, and convenient to the airport, but for me the best part is the amount of beautiful (and safe) trails just behind the hotel, with fields, woods, a village, and just the right amount of walkers, horse riders to feel 100% safe. Perfect to exercise and get some air in between two travel days.

There is a shuttle that runs about every 30 minutes. I had to drop my rental off and I rode the shuttle back from the airport to the hotel.

The driver from the airport to the hotel drove very reckless in my opinion. I heard others in the back of the van wondering the same as I - why drive so dangerously.

staff is very kind and helpful room is clean breakfast is nice overall nothing to complain about this hotel service they know how to treat their customer well. good job

they shouldn’t charge the airport service shuttle 5fr to airport because as long customer provide them booking confirmation or room number they are hotel guest im my opinion. anyway maybe of today costing gas is expansive.. maybe i as minimum 2fr per person.

Friendly staff, room clean and comfortable (beds linen very comfy), free train ticket to downtown Zurich, upgrade to executive lounge. Ease to and from airport The fields/woods in the back of the hotel perfect for a walk or a run.

Everything was fine

it’s a hotel located near the airport but for its location, it’s near a jogging area between the fields .. lots of beautiful scenery. The restaurant served food of good quality. the beds were comfortable.

you need a taxi or Uber to go to the downtown the breakfast was expensive than average in other hotels, parking was not free for an hotel located outside the city near the airport

Free pickup from airport was provided. Airport had good wifi. Rooms were spacious and had enough facilities.

However, dropoff at airport after checkout was charged! Multiple calls had to be made to reception to restock water, towels etc.
