The bed was comfy, the room was well climated without being too cold. Good size of room, too. Good shower water pressure. In general everything was clean. Location close to the Winterthur train station is great. The breakfast had a decent choice of food and the quality was good.

The small space to work does not have enough power plugs or you need to do some unplugging and replugging all the time. For example to connect your laptop to the power you need to unplug the (large) onsite tablet power supply. If you want to use the water cooker, you need to remove your laptop because there's not enough space for both. So the working area could definitely be improved with more power plugs.

I come to the Zurich area quarterly from the US to work with a company in Turbenthal. I usually stay in Zurich and take the train to Turbenthal but this trip I booked in Winterthur which is a little closer. It was 93F in the area this week and the AC worked great. Room size was perfect and they had several English TV channels (not just news). I know most hotels are doing housekeeping on demand but this hotel provided daily housekeeping which I like. Also the hotel rate was better than Zurich rates. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.

In general, the hotel was nice and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast very complete. The area is nice and is easy to access from the train station. The shower was particularly nice.

The room was a bit noisy due to the trains passing by just outside the window. I booked the hotel because Booking said that they had a fitness facility. However, as I got to the hotel, I had to pay extra, as fitness was part of another business next door. That was not stated by Booking (that there was an extra fee to use it)

Rooms had air conditioning and staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable Perfect location as its situated close to winterthur station Shops and restaurants are just 7-8 mins by walk. We recommend this hotel to everyone who plan to stay in winterthur.

Very ncie hotel, facilities, cleanlines. Staff very friendly. Underground parking is very handy, even though it's not free, but that expensive.

The only thing I didn't like is the price. The hotel is very nice, but it is quite expensive considering it's Winterthur, not Zürich.

I loved the spa

When we arrived, suddenly the spa wasn’t included in the price , I opened booking.com app and showed the receptionist, but she opened her screen and said by here it’s different, it might be but I don’t care . To make a story short u have to be sure if the spa is included or not it’s extra 20 expansive SF

The room fit our expectation, very big room for 2 persons, all new and very clean. Location is slightly far from airport (20 min drive) and breakfast was excellent !!!

It's located just above the rail station, and there was a lot of noises all over the night. We was to sleepy, so it didn't disturb too much, but some time it could be annoying.

It was a very nice hotel with great staff. Small things like parking access and maybe a bit of a more various during the breakfast could be great. But this is a decent hotel no doubts.

There is unfortunately no coffee in the rooms. For people who have to go to work early and don't have time for breakfast, that's a bit of a downer.

Perfect hotel localisation, a great option with access to the banana sport/spa facilities. Accommodating and friendly staff.
