The location is close to the airport, but you need a taxi or to pay a shuttle to go. The checking can be made automatically by yourself with a machine and you receive a card for the room even without presence of staff. The breakfast starts at 6am, and my flight was early so that I had no breakfast. A breakfast pack would have been appreciated, since breakfast was normally included in the price.

One thing I must mention here, if the hotel or booking.com is charging money for the booking, it should process the charges at the time of booking, instead of at the time of check in to the hotel. For international guests sometimes the bank card or network providers could not work, at that time guests could fall into trouble. My experience is my phone network was not working so I could not call the hotel, and at the same time one of my bank cards was not working, and outside weather was freezing cold. But the hotel receptionist was a very good person, he allowed us to enter into the reception area and helped me a lot to do the checking. *I suggest deducting money at the time of booking instead of at the time of check in.

The property had the basic requirements and was okay for a short stay. There was 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash so for females, it can mess up your hair after a day or so. The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were good. While overall good experience, it was a bit pricey for the basic ammendities and still require you to spend on uber to and from the airport.

It would have been nicer to have separate toiletries for hair and body wash. It would have been nice to have the system already pick up the info during check in instead of manually entering all the information all over again on the machine.

Check-in machine was very straightforward, it took me some time to fill all the details, but still I found it very convenient. The hotel is very new and clean, the room was big enough for me and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s very close to the airport and train station, so you have easy access to the city centre, but there is no disturbance noise that I was worried about.

Nothing major, but I would still like to mention: - The light switches in the room are not straightforward, and it will be great if that was explained. The heating rail in the bathroom-I didn’t manage to switch off. - If you’re working from the room, and you would like daylight, there is a building right opposite you, so if you open the blinds, you can see them and they can see you, therefore it would have been great to have a second layer of thin transparent curtains to give some kind of privacy.

Hotel was really good value for money, the room was nice and clean, comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly. It's in a good location, train station is just a couple of minutes walk from hotel and then 15/20 minutes on the train to Zurich town centre. It's also walkable from the airport to hotel, once out of airport roads it's a quiet cycle path, about 2.5km to hotel. There's multiple big supermarkets close by with good selection of breakfast food. As well as a couple of restaurants nearby. There's a little bar in the hotel that's quiet and nice for a drink if having an early night. Everything feels new and clean. Overall would definitely go back.

Only thing that would have made it better would be to have coffee facilities in the room.

Zleep is a good location very close to the airport. There are affordable stores around the hotel, a train station, and a bus stop to the left side of the hotel. Amazing staff willing to guide you.

There was no hand wash in the room. Travel with an adapter if you do not use the Swiss power cord. If traveling, the hotel has no scale, so do not exceed your KGs.

Lights have low intensity, so difficult to shave well. Should have at least a plastic class for water instead of the carton one. Corridor carpet a bit unglued on the sides. TV only in German and I could not figure out English channels. Could not lift the window blinds to see the sunlight, forcing a low light room in the morning.

It was too hard to get hot water or ice for drinks. the towels had a lot of fluff flying out. The sink was outside the bathroom. This was a bit inconvenient for me.

Perfect for a short stay. Near the train into Zurich, 15-20 minute ride, close to airport with $8 shuttle available. Breakfast not that great. Decent restaurants and grocery stores nearby.. A commercial neighborhood, kind of quiet expectation at night.
