The rooms are really nice and comfortable, for Switzerland it was also very affordable price. Since we had to leave before breakfast time, they made us rather large breakfast bags. There is also coffee and water in the room, one can take an apple in the lobby if little hungry. It is also just bus stops from the airport, which is great.

Even thought your stay is paid up front, you are obliged to provide a credit card upon check in, where they book a 150 EUR as 'deposit'. If you don't have one with you, you are screwed and they will not let you check in (although you paid the room already!). They wont even accept cash as collateral. This 'rule' is also not stated anywhere on the booking confirmation, which makes the whole thing ridiculous and upsetting. I write this because we observed a guest that did not have his credit card on him (but his reservation paid also) and thus was denied check-in.

New hotel located less than 2km from Zurich Airport, easily accessible by bus (3 stops, max 5 min, bus tickets can be paid at the driver, cash only, 2.7CHF or at the machine right at the bus stop). The bus stop for the hotel is called Kloten - Wilden Mann and is across the street from the hotel. There’s a COOP supermarket about 100m from the hotel for basics like snacks, fresh fruit, yogurt. The rooms are beautiful with very good quality furniture (you can tell it’s not cheap IKEA grade stuff), the bed mattress is firm, the bed sheets are top notch. Excellent soundproofing (zero airport traffic noise even thought the runway is so close you can literally see planes landing and taking off every 2-3 min) and black out drapes (including ones that are built in between the window panes and can be controlled from a switch on the wall). The bathroom was beautiful with a big walk-in shower. The sink was Villeroy & Boch, so again, no cheap stuff. Only a small soap was provided and some leftover shower gel on the bottom of the container but it’s ok, most people use their own toiletries anyways. One free bottle of water is provided in the minibar, also there’s a coffee machine with a few capsules provided for free. The restaurant is closed for dinner but there’s a bar where you can grab a drink. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. There’s a terrace in the back where smokers can indulge.

Nothing to say here, can’t complain.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport. If you go towards the main airport entrance/exit on the top floor and walk towards parking lot #6 (should be on the left hand side along the side walk) and keep walking straight, you will get to the hotel in 15-20 min depending on how much luggage you're carrying. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. My flight was at 6am so I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast but I did have dinner there which was very good and the chef was very attentive. Excellent value for the money.

Easy walk or short bus ride from/to the airport, which was perfect for what I needed. The hotel was very comfortable and breakfast was quite nice. There were several restaurants in walking distance - I enjoyed a meal at a steakhouse across the road. It was possible to walk to a shop to pick up water and fruit.

Two areas for improvement. First and most importantly: It is very strange that there is no soap by the sink in the bathroom. There is a soap dispenser in the shower. One must step into the shower to get soap to wash one's hands. Very strange. I thought that perhaps it was an oversight in my room, but my colleague staying in another room had the same experience and I read about this in a previous review. Second: having a non-dairy milk option at breakfast would be great.

hotel was near the airport. a good location to catch your early flight. buffet breakfast was ok. room was decent, good size and clean. receptionist were friendly/helpful. good experience!

the airconditioning could be colder as it was scorching hot last week. looks like it’s centralised coz the buttons were not working when we were adjusting it. adding slippers, shampoo etc will be good too! but over all, still a good place to stay!

This has become our go-to hotel if we have an early flight from Zürich. It’s only a few minutes bus journey from the airport and great value for money. Although the decor and furnishings are fairly basic, everything is clean and well maintained. Even though the hotel is on a busy road (and near to the airport, of course) it is very quiet inside.

I always struggle to set the air conditioning. The wall control doesn’t give you any indication of which position is warmer or cooler, so you have to wait and see what happens when you adjust it.

Lovely facilities and great breakfast. Only a 3 minute bus ride from the airport with buses every 4-10 minutes and bus stop across the street. COOP grocery store around the corner as were several restaurants. Staff were very accommodating arranging our group of 10 all on one hallway. Very nice for early departures. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish there had been a kettle and tea bags in the room, not just coffee.

It is a very good hotel to consider if your flight is say, in the early morning and you don't want to take chances or wake up too early to get to the airport from another place in Switzerland. Very frequent buses to/from airport and you can get there literally in no time. Even the 10-15 minutes walk can be considered, there are sidewalks all along the way (and I would chose walking, if not bad weather). The room is stylishly designed, modern and clean. Quiet, despite the room was facing the road and airport. Water and coffee are offered in the room free of charge. There's a fridge as well, if you need it. Air conditioning was working quietly and flawlessly, though lacked a bit more precise setting.

Dump that horrible cheapo Tchibo coffee machine, get Nescafe or another normal capsule machine, which is capable of making boiled water without sending it via coffee path :) Some folks prefer tea, but have to rinse the machine 20 times before the water is clean :) And one more thing about lighting - there is a million combinations of cosy "evening" lighting, but not a single one, that lights the room properly - say, you dropped something on the floor and want to find it - no way to do it with a room lighting, all modes are "ambient". Use your own flashlight :) Not a single serious complaint otherwise, all was good in general.

Friendly and professional staff that permitted us to check in a couple hours early (dependent on the volume of lodgers who stayed the night before). Room was updated and very clean. Large bathroom with large walk-in shower. Purpose of our stay was due to an early morning flight out of Zurich to home and the fact that there was a bus stop steps away from the property and minutes away from the airport. This allowed us to get up early enough and get to the airport with little hassles. Just be warned that restaurant options for dining are not plentiful in the area unless you used public transport to go further out; but the in-house restaurant offered good selections and were affordable.

For those who require A/C in their rooms - it is present but is not like those found in the U.S. Our visit to Switzerland was unseasonably hot and I cannot fault the property for the weather. The rooms may be warm upon your arrival but they have automated blinds to block out the sun, I'd advise you use them if the sun is shining directly in the room, it will cool down enough to be comfortable to sleep. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay and convenient to the airport.

Super clean and comfortable hotel! Amazing value for the price, super comfortable lobby with the bar where you can order great beer and some food. The room had a coffee machine with capsules and a small milk - great small addition :) The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was impeccably clean. The only missing thing was the soap but we used the shower gel provided for the purpose. Free apples and bananas in the lobby. 10 min walking from Kloten train station. Parking is 25 CHF per day which was much cheaper than the hotels in the center. Would highly recommend it.

Soap in the bathroom should be provided as this is mostly hotel for the people transiting the flights, otherwise, everything else was above our expectations.
