It is very comfortable, less than 5 minutes by bus from Zürich Airport, 20 minutes from Zürich HB. Hotel staff kind.

Bus frequency is just twice an hour in most hours of the day at xx:22 and xx:52, this is not sufficient. Breakfast could be better.

It's very convenient to gor for either Zurich airport or Zurich city. Because it takes only 5min. from hotel to train station.

location is very good. 5 minutes walk to Kloten train station, few minutes walk from bus stop to hotel. around 10 minutes from Zurich airport which make u convenient to put your luggage or even can check in to the room . we reached the hotel around 9 am from zurich airport and was lucky that there was room available so that i could check in to the room. we can put our luggage into the room and took the shower before going out to expore zurich and around. hotel locate around 20-30 mintutes from zurich down town centre by train. room is very clean , and space is big enough for 2 people 2 large luggages.

A solid 8/10 place to stay a night between the flights or just before an early morning flight at ZRH. The location is ideal, 15 minutes by bus, or 10 min by taxi/Uber, or you can walk as it takes only 25-30 minutes of healthy stroll along nice scenery. The place was spotless clean, everything worked, the bed was too soft for my preference, but for others it would be fine. The room is spacious, no problem to fit the luggage. I liked the ability to open the window, and the hot shower was good. The WiFi did work, but was on the slow side.

I have only a couple of complains, but these only take some points off, the place is still very good. The toilet is in a separate room and the toilet bowl is located against the wall. I am 1.8m tall and it was a tight fit, if you are higher your legs will be stuck against a wall. The breakfast is mediocre for that price, I was there on Sunday, no hot options, no eggs, no sausages, only bread and spreads, serials and some salami and cheese.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Strong and steady shower steam. The parking lot was spacious and it was for free (no sudden surprises). The front desk lady in the morning was very nice and helpful.

The hotel has front desk services only during day time. This was stated ahead so it is not that I was surprised by that but there should be provided some better explanations of how to enter the hotel at night. Furthermore, I would recommend the hotel to consider a 24 hours front desk service given the fact that it is a hotel near the airport and flights go almost around the clock.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The design of the room was excellent and spacious. The hotel receptionists were fantastic. Location was easy to access from ZRH via a 5 minute Bus ride #731 and a 3 minute walk (CHF 2.70 vs taxi at CHF 18) Breakfast was inexpensive and first class, but no meat or eggs. Restaurant options in the area were more than adequate (suggest The Mercado). Overall, this hotel is a good example of what hotels and motels ought to be.

I can not think of one thing I would change.

The Hotel Welcome Inn is my go to hotel by the Zurich airport. Prices are reasonable, rooms are spacious and comfortable with good wifi, air conditioning, and small refrigerator. I love to get a room that overlooks the conditerei and church so that I can watch the planes come in for landing. Of using the train take the Kloten Bahnhof stop. Access to the airport is easy using public transportation. One can take the bus or train--if the train go to one stop towards Zurich to the Kloten Balsberg station and cross over the pedestrian bridge to hop on the light rail for a 4 minute ride to the airport.

The rooms were not very big, but comfortable and furniture was well spaced out. The hotel staff helped us to reach the hotel by cab late at night since our flight landed quite late and public transport wasn't available at that hour. They also helped us with remote check-in since the reception was not manned when we reached the hotel. The bathrooms deserve a special mention since there were 2 of them! One had the shower and the other one had the WC. This is how I want all hotel rooms to be so that getting ready in the morning is so much more convenient.

The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, so it did feel warm and sticky in the room at times.

Very close to the airport and train station, making for convenient access the next morning for flights out.

The location of the hotel had limited restaurant options since the town is quite new in comparison to adjacent larger Zurich so researching options for food is important. Luckily the restaurant downstairs in the same building was open for dinner and had very good food.

The location. The area was and also has been for years. The remodeling was such an improvement from the last time I stay at Welcome Inn.

The place is set up to be self efficient machine, which is great ! From a point of contact of information language is the barrier. Assuming that not everyone can speak the same language. Your written info is not in English or can not be very useful tool for your guest.
