Super fast and easy check in.Wifi worked very good. Coffee machine in lobby was very handy to have which provided us with great espresso in the morning. And I always like a hotel which has windows that open for fresh air.

Not much to report here, we only stayed one night upon arrival in Zürich. We had ground floor room 3, you will hear noise from the nearby restaurant, but it is very quiet in the area at night once it is closed. Also no parking if you have your vehicle, but parking is an issue in the city.

Convenient Location, Self check in. We were in small room which is enough for 2 people for 1 night but might not be big enough if staying for longer. Would stay here again but only for price as other hotels were much dearer in this area.

Very hard uncomfortable bed and only 1 pillow that was too soft, messaged to ask if there we could get an additional pillow but no response. I liked the self check in but didn’t see any staff on site so couldn’t get any extra help if I needed it. Noticed people next to me checking in for 1 night had a lower price than the one I had on booking.com, so worth checking this

The location really excellent, a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and only several minutes to the city center and historic part. Also, the availability of luggage storage is a very nice bonus.

The room was not cleaned properly. It was really a lot of dust on the floor, chairs, and even on the bedside table. We received only big towels for shower, but not the smaller for hands.

The room was very clear and the location was close to the center of Zurich, so it was easy to walk and explore the city. The water was good too, the room have hot and cold water, and the space of the room was good for the price.

The bathroom was a lit bit small, and when people shower the water used to go out to the room, we didn’t fine the control to air condition, and we are not very clear if the room have one, at least on they night the weather was good.

I like the concept of this hotel. It's really "easy hotel" :) Staff answered all my online questions in the fast manner. I like the fact that it was really easy to do checkin, to use luggage lockers, and to get all information at the online checkin desk. Price was good for what you get. It's located in the nice area, close to the main train station and city center, so you can reach main lamdmarks by foot. It was clean.

The hotel was great. We went to easyHotel because we had already gone to Berlin and stayed there. They are okay to stay for a few days. It's not luxurious but it will work if you are away for the day getting to know a new city.

We were on the top floor and the ceiling was slanted. Really uncomfortable. I am not a tall person. The bathroom was really small and got wet even if there was a curtain.

Big self-serve lockers worked well. Bed linen good. Check-in worked well.

Room size ok for an overnight, not more. Squeaking bathroom door. No tv - needed some sort of card? Luggage lift would have been very useful, if it had worked. No human presence.

The room is good. Walking distance from the central station also a good number of restaurants in walking distance. Self-checkin option is available and it is quite hassle-free.

The bathroom is small. No elevator for people only for luggage, so you have to use the stairs always. There is no table and chair in the room.

it was such a clean and a luminous place

there was only one very tiny counter where we could put our stuff on, the bathroom was practical, everything was clean, but as the room was in a roof, it was hard even to walk around. i hit my head once!

Location and clean

There is no phone to communicate to the staff even the number is in the wall for help. As a tourist we didn’t have access to make a call for a mistake on our reservation. Should be a direct line in the facility. Also, as a hotel they should clean the room per day.
