Within walking distance to all of Zurich’s attractions, as well as main train and bus stations. Friendly reception and spotless rooms. Really good value for money. Good Asian restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Rooms a little small for three people, however still good value for Zürich. Travelling with a 12 year old child and staying in red light district was always going to be a balance, however it was totally fine. We felt safe and although the street was really busy outside all night, the rooms were quiet and soundproofed and no one bothered us.

Value for money! Convenient location; room rather small, yet, smartly arranged; quality breakfast; polite staff.

The room was very stylish and the bed was comfy. While the room itself was a little on the small side, there was a spacious en-suite. There were plenty of electrical sockets. The location is great if you have things to do in central Zurich; in particular, it’s handy to be so close to the station but nice not to see/hear it from the hotel.

The main light in the room periodically turned off (despite the room card being in its slot), which was slightly annoying. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, and the setup for it is strange: you walk through from the hotel into what is apparently a restaurant later in the day, and it is not particularly clear that certain tables are not to be used, which leads to the supervising member of staff constantly asking people to get up and move.

Convenient location close to central station and public transportation making it easy to get around the city Staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay in Zurich The hotel offers a lot, is very clean and is well looked after by the staff Room was comfortable and well sized. Had a balcony overlooking the street, though with construction nearby could be used much.

For the room price it comes with no added extras. Not even water to drink or a kettle for some coffee. Breakfast options were a little light. The pillows were a little soft.

Staff at reception were super helpful with taxi booking and directions to Christmas markets nearby. Hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood although not far from the city center or Zurich train station. We had staff from UBS/CS and other banks offices in the tram on the way back from the Christmas markets in the evening. Tram station is walking distance, as are convinience stores. Bars and restaurants close by were of no interest to us but some might find it to their liking. We did not try the food in the hotel restaurant as we were in for a short time and had an early train for our next destination.

Room was small but they had fit in a double bed and a single bed in the room with space to walk. Room was similar to or slightly larger as compared to those in this category of accommodation in most large global cities that we have visited.

We stayed for 3 nights at this property and I enjoyed it. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The family room was spacious for 4 adults. The bathroom was clean and well provided towels and linens. There were many comments regarding the area but we felt very safe. It’s a lively area with a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. 15 minute walk to downtown. I wouldn’t suggest it for kids/children because it can be loud outside at night but I would recommend staying here! Earplugs are a good idea for light sleepers

No air conditioning but it’s pretty common in the area

Clean, large, modern, comfortable. An excellent family room with a huge bathroom. A small balcony too. Walked from the station with wheeled cases. Location was fine. This place was the cheapest family room we could find in Zurich and we were expecting a dive even though it seemed very expensive to us. Turned out to be a very, very nice place. So not cheated, just sad to spend so much per night.

Fridge didn't work. Food got hot. Not ideal. Once we realised, a replacement was installed quickly by staff. Room was expensive... or maybe not given the outrageous prices of everything in Zurich.

Neat and clean Not far from central station

1. Breakfast served (out-sourced company)was not great though. 2. Not a place to be on weekends as the whole night - till 5:30 Am- the street party noise does make you wake up. It is learnt that it’s the ONLY place in the whole of Europe where permit given till 5:30 AM for parties in the weekend.

Given all the reviews about being in a dicey area, we family of 4 with kids 5,8) were positively surprised. It seems there was a night club across the street but it's permanently closed. We had no issues with any non-family appropriate behavior or noise and didn't see any evidence of it. There were heavy power shutters on the window if needed. We walked from the train station in less than 15 minutes, much of it through a gentrified pedestrian area. We walked 3 min to the next tram. At night we walked in less than 30 min from the lake to the hotel (by choice, all with kids). The breakfast was tasty and they charged the adults only. Bathroom and shower were spacious and clean. Staff responded to our requests friendly and relatively quickly. The cooling vent cooled the room comfortably. Beds were comfortable.

The room was a bit small with 2 beds but it was sufficient. It's not in a perfect location, but this makes it a bit more affordable. The right compromise for us. No white bread for breakfast one day.

I liked the room. The beds and blankets were very nice. The shower head was great. The staff at the front desk was pleasant although their English was not strong. The patio outside was a bonus.

The pillows are flat, the shower stall is nice but extremely small and it is hard not to get water on the floor in front of the shower door. Also, the location wasn't the best. I had trouble findng it the first time and the neighbourhood wasn't the nicest area of town. We had no issues, but in the last night (Monday) there was yelling in the middle of the night. The rate was a bit high considering it didn't offer any extras such as breakfast and I even booked 6 months in advance.
