The style, amenities, floods of natural light, and cleanliness were excellent.

The location didn't feel dangerous, but it was uncomfortable walking the last block to and from the building. There were sad bars, broken alcohol bottles on the sidewalk, drunk men muttering "hey baby" as I walked by (and I'm 68 years old!!). I found myself not going out as much as I would have if it had been in a less depressed location.

The room was great, the kitchen was very useful. We received free snacks. The check in process was quite easy and they have space to put luggage while waiting for check in which is handy. Room was very clean. Was close to the train station which was good.

There are lots of bars around the area so it could get a bit noisy but not to bad, was also a little far from Zurich old town.

Clean, modern, equipped apartments, on a quiet street, not far from the center.

The special thing about the apartments is that they are fully digitally managed. The email with instructions that we received had an access code, but it was not said that it required confirmation with another sign on the keyboard. In the evening, in the rain and in poor lighting, we wasted time on several attempts to get inside the building. We ordered breakfast, which is served in paper bags to the door of the apartment. And the first breakfast was served in paper bags in front of the door of the house, on the street in the rain. But the breakfast was tasty and healthy.

Believe the reviews, this apartment is small and beautifully formed! It was very clean and comfortable with huge windows and lots of light. I was traveling on my own in July and booked this place as so many people said it was perfect for solo travellers, and they weren't wrong! I felt very safe and the staff were very helpful whenever I did see them, which was rare. The bathroom was basically inside a trusted glass room inside this small room, which was interesting. But the shower was lovely, and everything felt very pleasant.

Be aware that it's on the edge of the clubbing district, so there are many bars around and people standing in the street at the weekend (it was summer and very hot, soo...). But because the apartment complex is near the end of the street, you barely hear anything. I couldn't figure out the aircon and had to make do with the upright fan, which wasn't great, but it was better than nothing, and the huge windows opposite the bed opened, so that was good.

There was everything we needed in the room. Lovely little bathroom area. Very adequate kitchen Automatic blinds! Good mattress. Easy entrance to the building as well as the room itself. No staff anywhere. Everything from the word go when inquiring, is digital. This works like a dream. I love the concept of it. Gives you a sense of freedom and mastering your own fate. The room is small bit it just felt nice in that space. Very much worth the prive we paid. Close the Bahnhofstrasse, Bürkli Square and Zürich Lake

Hardly anything actually. Just disappointed the TV did not work and that it was not fixed. Would have really liked to have watched some Eurosoccer 2024.

Amenities were nice and convenient. The layout of the room was very functional. We appreciated that we could access additional towels or other items like coffee and tea. The available luggage storage is very welcome and helpful.

You aren't able to control the temperature of your room because it's centrally controlled. The shower leaked water because the sliding doors didn't seal well. The location is near many bars and clubs, so you might hear some noise from the streets when patrons of the clubs and bars are leaving.

Everything was so clean, you have all essentials that you need in bathroom, and in the kitchen as well! Free coffee, tea and water are available. The TV is huge, and bed was really comfortable. We like the view, since we were on fifth floor.

The apartment was quite small and tiny, but well organized. Keep in mind that you do not get the exact room as on pictures, since the whole building is full of apartments. The bathroom didn’t get enough ventilation, so it smell a little bit bad because of humidity in the air.

Location is good, since it's a 10min walk from the Zurich HB. Management of the stay was excellent - code received that is used for entrances, so no fuss with keys \ locks etc, QR code based checkout, facilities, amazing. Small, but definitely everything you might need, very clean, comfy, all great - room in the basement has free luggage lockers, washing machine...Excellently managed property, very practical and it really made our stay more enjoyable without any fuss, complications or complaints - exactly what you would want!

My stay was lovely, the room had everything I needed even though they changed it for another smaller (I’m waiting for my discount), the location was very close of the station. The only thing I didn’t like (but it doesn’t depends on Numa) is I had to ask everyday for my breakfast there is a schedule for them to be delivered but the third party didn’t on time, but as I said it’s a third party. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely start there again.

Private flat in building with equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. Good to have seating/ breakfast area. Easy to check-in and out. Good communication with staff about some issues.

A bit rough area, outside the city centre but with easy access with public transport. Cleanliness should be improved, smears on the bathroom glass doors and walls. Paper toilet holder broken - has been offered to be repaired but we requested to be done after check out. TV only with personal access to programs and no live streaming.
