Location was very convenient and the hotel seems fairly new as the place was very clean and modern. There was always a front desk staff no matter what time of the day, hence felt very safe staying at the hotel. Stayed for a total of 10D9N and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel to different bus stops with multiple public bus service that goes to taipei main train station. Great that the hotel had lifts that service every floor too!

Bed length was shorter than regular beds. At 1.62m, my feet could hang off the bed. However, for the price paid per night, it is a very good deal.

Amazing. I was in mayer inn hotel in Taipei main station for a week and just waste my money and time there. In comma boutique hotel location great stuff friendly but not good at English and big space room with balcony and bright room and so clean and comfortable

Staffs were very courteous and english communication was not a problem. Our family room is very spacious for 4pax with ample luggage space. I think it could tightly accommodate up to 6pax. Hotel provides 24/7 refreshment in the main lobby and unlimited coffee, tea at the lounge area on the 15th floor. Purified Water dispenser is available as well. There are two massage chairs available great after a tiring day. Location has plenty to offer in terms of local taiwan delicacies, dishes as well as japanese cuisine. Place really comes alive at night time. Lots of tourist around the area. Lots of stores from clothing, luggages, electronics. Police presence is visibly, great for tourist protection.

Location was awesome and all receptionists are very helpful. What's amazed me was after check out, I actually chill at level 15 lounge after a long shopping day. There is 2 massage chairs that can be use for free.

Location was very near Ximen. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Many free items allowed to borrow/freebies (free shaver / free borrowing of travel port). Free tea and drinks in lobby / lounge with toilet and massage chairs. Room is very comfortable and everything is clean.

Late checkout is strict at 11am and latest 1115am (to extend is 300TWD/hr). Was unfortunate to have the fire safety checking during my stay and was forced to evacuate from 12pm - 6pm from my room (had to pack up EVERYTHING and move out to lobby). No compensation was given for this (unfortunate again) but i guess hotel had no choice.

Location is fantastic, right outside the busiest parts of Ximending, with plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest metro station, but it is manageable even with luggage. The room was large and comfortable and had the necessary amenities, and the bed in particular is very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional and the lobby provides some free drinks which is very welcome. There is a shared lounge space on the top floor which can be used to heat up and eat convenience store food.

The rooms were big and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were larger than most hotels in Taipei, and there was a proper closing door to the bathroom which can be rare in Taiwan. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ximen MRT station, and although the hotel is close to this busy area, it is very quiet in the rooms. The hotel offers a range of services, like airport pick up and laundry service (at an extra charge), and there is also a lounge area within the hotel. We had a great experience here, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing I could complain about was that the AC in our room kept making a clicking sound.

We had a lovely stay at comma boutique hotel. The room is good enough for 2 people to stay in considering that you are out and about the whole day. The toilet is cleaned everday. Good water pressure. The location is excellent. It is near a MRT station which connects to the Main Taipei Station. The location is near lots of establishments (food and shopping). Good value for money considering the hotel is quite new. Thank you!

Lovely clean light filled room with tasteful decor. Good location, walking distance to train, subway and shops/restaurants but didn't feel too hectic. Room was cozy- for one, but might be tight for 2 with large bags!

My initial room had no where to sit and write (or eat a meal). As I stayed 6 nights- this was an issue for me. Staff member was great though and managed to find a different room more suitable for me. Note: - the bed is short. I'm 168cm and it was only just long enough for me to stretch out- taller people might have some difficulties.
