Hotel location is great, it is near the Taipei main station and not too far from XiMenDing too. IF one arrives by train, remember to take underground exit Z4 where there is an elevator to bring you to the street level. While exit Z8 is nearere to the hotel, you need to take a long staircase up to the street. If one arrives by TaoYuan airport express train, then go straight up to exit 4 street level and hotel is merely 300 meters away. Lots of eateries near the hotel and we found some good ones during our 10 day stay. Hotel room is huge (26 sq M) by city standard and of good value. Toilet is ewquipped with a bidet which we enjoyed. One thing to note is the aircon, it seemed to stay at 22 or 23C regardless of our setting, so at times, we turn it off as it was too cold. There is a self service washer and dryer at the bsement, essential for those who have a longer stay especially during summer. there is a michelin bib gourmand beef noodle store just behind the backlane next to hotel; we also chanced upon a italian eatery about 150M away which serves excellent squid ink pasta with pran/garlic; breakfast is at a nearby local place which serves typical taiwanese pancake which we had for many days. Overall, we like this hotel and enjoyed our stay there.

Aircon temperature seems unadjustable - we just turn it off at times and didnt reflect to front desk.

If you know location well, you can shorten your walk. Exit from Taipei main station (Airport Express), do not walk through underground. Just up to ground Exit 1/2 (A1), then walk straight to hotel. The walk path is all flat, even with luggages still fine.

close to Taipei main station, many eateries nearby and close to NTUH. breakfast spread was so diverse and plentiful. just missed my continental breakfast option with muesli and yoghurt. the toilet seat heated with Japanese styled auto bidet was just out of the world!

bathtub was small and very high raise from floor - got to be careful when getting out of tub. small gym, no swimming pool. not enough drawers and space in the closet for clothes. no iron and board provided, got to borrow each time and it is inconvenient for business travellers.

shower door seals did not stop water from leaking out into the bathroom floor. no breakfast available even we wanted to pay for it.

-No lift to the basement breakfast restaurant, need to walk down the stairs, so people bringing elderly have to take note - No daily top up of shower gel & shampoo by staff, have to self collect at the hotel lobby (staff states it's go green policy) - check out time of 11am is earlier than other hotels - Lack of variety of breakfast menu & have to self return utensils and cutlery - air con is too cold and can't adjust temperature, we have to switch it off in the middle of every night

Location is excellent. Close to MRT within 5-10 mins walk( depends on where you want to visit ) Restaurants and cafes are within 2-5 mins with plenty of selection. We arrived at the hotel at 8am, left our luggage, and wondered around the nearby attractions until check-in . We made the request for an early check in if available, and the receptionist was really helpful in making sure our 2 rooms were ready. The bedding were firm but soft with very high quality bed linen . We requested a couple times for our rooms not to be cleanede during the stay but the cleaner still prepare a full pack of the clean towels, toiletries, water .. at the door. They are so caring and attentive . I am 100% recommend this hotel.

There is a dryer and washer provided. Acceptable clean and surprisingly quiet despite beside busy road. 5 mins to Xi Meng ding and 3 minutes walk to nearest underground mall that links to Taipei railway / bus station. Extremely convenient if you are looking for food. 24 hour McDonald in 3 mins walk away.

Unable to change CRIB bedsheet at night as my baby wet her bed. Have to wait for laundry services comes during day time. Unable to use the phone to call locally. Only one dryer and washer for whole hotel, may not be clean when I inspect. I rather go for the nearby laundry service near Xi Meng ding

The room is very clean and spacious as I was given a free upgrade to a Premier room. I was very thankful for that. The receptionists are all very helpful. The location is very convenient, walking distance to Ximending and Taipei station. My rare find was the Raohe pepper biscuit shop which was just next to the hotel. Since I couldn’t make it to Raohe, it was a pleasant surprise for me.

Although the room is very clean but the wall is mouldy and lighting is quite dim as compared to other hotels.

Conveniently located close to everything. 5 minutes walk to Taipei main station, 8 minutes walk to Presidential Office and many other tourist attractions. Room is clean. Bed and linen are comfortable. Wifi speed is fast. Shower is strong. Staff is friendly and patient, responding to requests very quickly. Check in and out took less than 5 minutes.

The hotel charges 70 TWD for using washing machine, 80 for dryer and 20 for washing liquid. You can use for free in many other hotels.

Excellent location (very near and easy to find MRT Taipei station, which is main station to connect metro, local and high speed train). Clean. Extremely strong wifi due to setting it for each room. We lost 1 of 2 key room but not charged after discussed with (maybe) manager.

A little staffs speaks limited English, but he, in return, used the translation app on his mobile to support enthusiastically, responsibly and efficiently. Also this weak point, we was asked to charge higher than info received from checked-in staff due to loosing key room when checked-out. Fortunately, we didn't be charged in final after discussed with a elder staff who maybe is a manager.
