no cleaning service if you stay for fewer than 3 nights, having to empty trash bins by ourselves, asked for towel change but they never got changed

Good locations. Shin Kong Mitsukoshi is around the main road corner. Staffs are very friendly and room is very clean. Tips : from airport train, turn right and walk directly to the exit K12. There is escalator to main road.

Great central location, fancy bidet toilets and a nice complimentary gift basket.

The rooms are starting to look a little rough around the edges and the cleaning was a little spotty. There were marks on the bedside table that hadn't been wiped down and hair in the shower.

good location very near to taipei main station exit, branch 2 has no proper entrance like hotel, you may find it difficult to locate it, its a small corridor and need take a lift to lobby and hotel room, anyway its adjacent to branch 3, if doubt just walk to brand 3 the staff will show u the way. good free coffee machine at lobby, coin operate laundry and dryer, stylish interior and comfort. Wifi not stable and time to time slow. quad room has a dinning table, separate wash room n shower room, toilet with automatic bidet like japan. very clean room but the bottom of shower glass door bit dirty, overall still clean.

We had really nice stay at this hotel in Taipei! Despite the room being on the smaller side, the location was absolutely perfect, putting us within walking distance of the main metro station, from where you can get anywhere. There were also nice attractions within walking distance from the hotel. The convenience of nearby attractions and public transportation made exploring a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. Can't wait to return and continue our Taipei adventures from this good base! And down was a really good Italian restaurant, where you can get 10% discount as a hotel guest.

The room was a bit small, but there was everything we needed.

Conveniently located to Taipei Main Station, friendly staff. Good for couple night stay but would prefer non-street facing room/higher floor next time for quieter room. Good value for money.

Aircon was not cold enough first night, giving us restless sleep as it was very hot in Taipei. We asked engineering to take a look but the friendly technician said that was the best the aircon could do and not to try and decrease the temperature below 21C otherwise it will 'wreck the compressor'. Second night however, we called again requesting them to take a look again and a different technician came and was able to lower the temperature successfully... strange turn of events but glad our second night was much more restful. We got a room that was facing the street - not as quiet as we would have liked due to the traffic noises, but managed to sleep using earplugs. Beds were too soft for our liking.

Hotel prepares breakfast in an individual boxset and menu is varied daily. Coffee machine is free and 24 hour self service at the lobby. 2 pillows are provided for each guest; one soft and one denser. Local foods nearby are various and public transportations (MRTs, high speed trains, local trains, buses) are just in proximity.

Even I stayed in non-smoking room, it still has very musty smell. Hotel has to regularly clean the air con filter and open windows for better ventilation

Central location and easy access to Taipei Main Station and tourist attractions. Clean room with amenities and good water pressure. Also plenty of coffee shops and cheap eats nearby.

The WiFi was very poor, didn’t connect the majority of the time. The fridge could have been cooler and it took awhile for anything to get cold. The control switch wasn’t in the obvious places.

Breakfast was provided as part of the hotel stay, and it was pretty yummy! Was surprised by the state of the room, very clean and comfortable and it looked new. Toilet was also very clean. Room layout made it comfortable to lay out 2 open luggage.

Toilet and shower area was smaller than expected, however both were very clean so didn't have any major issues with the size. Lifts took awhile to come and the lifts were pretty small but this wasn't a major issue as long as you cater sufficient time to checkout and leave the hotel.

I have stayed in Hotel Relax I & 5 respectively with satisfaction. I chose Hotel Relax II this time and enjoyed my stay. The staffs are helpful and efficient. The hotel is situated between two main metro line and is easy to travel around. I highly appreciated the amenities such as shampoo and body wash.
