The staff are friendly and they are always willing to help. Location is good as it is near Taipei main station and a good base to be at. Those with kids, they have excellent facilities to keep your kids busy. They really meant it when it is the executive room with Taipei 101 view as you can really see Taipei 101. COVID-19 is still around as such they mentioned that make up room service is not available but if we do need to change the bedsheets etc they can give us and there are additional amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc) beside the main reception area. Do note that the main lobby is on the 4th floor, once you reach Taipei main station look for exit Z8 of the Station Front Mall (Taipei main station can be quiet confusing so look for signs not only at the ceilings but at the side of the walls as well) once you climb 4 flights of stairs turn right. If you have luggage look for the elevator at exit Z4 (elevator is not located beside it but before it about maybe 10m away plus minus, so keep a look out) The entrance of the building is not your typical hotel entrance, there is just 1 guy sitting behind a security table like your typical office building per say. . You will need to go to the 4th floor for the main lobby.

Nothing much other than Stayed at the executive room with Taipei 101 view, however, the room does not have any usual closets to hang your clothes. Only 4 hangars with hooks (designed cleverly) to hang your clothes. Other than that all good.

Bed was comfy, duvet sufficiently thick, design of the room is modern and clean too. Free snacks, amenities, tea and coffee, drink water bottles are adequately available at the 4th floor lobby. There is a side street selling many types of vegetarian food from breakfast until evening.

Lifts are slow, there are 6 different lifts serving different levels.

I booked for a deluxe room and felt happy with it. Great location: about 200m from Airport MRT station and about 400 from MRT main station. There are 7-11 and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store near the hotel.

It me and my daughter traveled to Taipei, we lived in the hotel for 7/8 nights and it was fantastic! Excellent connectivity to the bus and train stations. Staff is the best, they helped me when I cud not operate the tv, the ac and the rain shower (they are so kind they personally came to the room to help), I see how I sound stupid but I traveled from Tokyo and language was a bit of a problem. My daughter was very very happy with the game rooms on the reception level. And she loved the lobby which she said is “sooo beautiful” and the very thoughtful free snack in the afternoon. Thank you for a wonderful memory of a trip I took with my 7yr at old daughter alone :)

There is nothing not to love about this brilliantly managed hotel!

Very nice hotel and excellent service! Front desk and housekeeping staff did a good job! Front desk staff can communicate in English well! They are also helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests! Check in and check out process was smooth and fast! Hotel lobby is so nice! We love the facilities and free amenities! We love the 24/7 snacks and drinks at the lobby! We also enjoyed the food during happy hours! The hotel is really clean and nice! Location of the hotel is also good since it is near food shops/stores! The view from our room is also great since we stayed in the 30th floor in a room with Taipei 101 view! Thank you Front Desk for granting my request to stay on a higher floor and for the 2 rooms to be near each other! The bathtub also in our room is nice and clean! The toiletries provided are also nice! Also, the front desk staff answered all my questions promptly in the chat box after reserving the rooms in Booking.com.

The room is smaller than the room offered in Roaders Plus Hotel - Theme but it’s okay since the room rate is lower compared to Theme. 😀

very convenient location, located just across the road from Taoyuan Airport MRT station, and just outside the entrance to the underground mall linking to Taipei Main Station. Clean and modern facilities with exceptional staff. Staff will allow you to keep your baggage with them at the lobby for the entire day after check out - even when taking the night flight out of Taipei. The deluxe room had an amazing view of Taipei city with full length bathroom windows overlooking the entire city. Room size as advertised, still comfortable enough for 2 people with medium sized luggages

Located on the highest floors of the tower, only 2 lifts serve the higher floors and the wait for a lift up or down could be up to several minutes.

Facilities designed to occupy kids and capture attention- playrooms, colorful and themed furniture, snacks..this is a great place for family with young kids under 12. WiFi connection is great. Self service (paid) laundry room is convenient for families.

This isn't so much something we didn't like but more for visitors to take note- they don't provide room service and you have to take your trash out and exchange towels at the lobby area. So if you are used to having the convenience of room service, this might need some getting used to. Personally this wasn't an inconvenience for us as we were staying a couple of nights. Bed size- largest bed sizes in the family deluxe room were Queen sized which made sleeping with kids more challenging. Another point to note if you are used to King sized beds

This fancy hotel made us excited. The play rooms were fantastic and stamp rally was fun. And you can have free snack and drinks in the lobby anytime. I highly recommend this hotel to the family with little children. There is coin laundry which was very helpful for a long term stay. There was no room cleaning service but you can ask for the towel exchange or garbage collection everyday. I appreciate this policy which meets SDGs.

The room and the bed were a bit too small for us.(2 adults and 1 kid)

great location - walking distance to Taipei Main Station free snacks was a great touch.

maybe it is just my room but the electrician messed up the wiring. when I press the switch to switch off all lights, it turns off my charging wires too, and then activates my door bell to ring. really strange. room is huge but they didn’t think of having a wardrobe to hang clothes. no idea why.
