Superb location located at Taipei Main Station, right outside of Z2. There is a lift (near exit Z2 from opposite 7-11) so we didn’t need to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs. Location was the best thing about this hotel. Design of the room is simple and modern too.

The hotel is located at level 5. At level 6, is a gym. At certain hours, you will hear and feel people dropping their weights (most likely from deadlift) and it does get quiet annoying. Weekdays was minimal but weekends morning was quite bad. Other than that, the hotel does not have any other facilities so it’s really just a sleep and go kind of hotel. The lobby area was really small and they provide a small unmanned microwave.

The room was a little dark. We knew the room had no windows, but I would expect more lighting to make up for the lack of natural light. We messaged ahead and asked if early check in was possible and got a reply of 'yes'. When we arrived we found it is possible, but only if you give a high rating on Google reviews before you even see the room or have any real interaction from the staff. Luckily the room turned out to be good, but it made me wonder how many of the good reviews were actually people just checking in early?

Location is great, right next to the MRT and train station.

the air con of the first room the staff gave us is not really working, waited for 1-2 hr. Air con is still not cold. The temperature in the lobby is much better than the room. Afterwhich, we feedback to the staff, they change us another room after almost 2 hours

we found it a bit hard to find - note that it located within the upper levels of a multipurpose high rise and signage on the lower levels is subtle. Once you go up on the lifts to the right level it’s fine.

I love the location as the hotel is located at Taipei main station. It is right outside the exit Z2 or you may access the lift at Z4. You wouldnt need to shift your luggages around in the hot sun. The toilet has bidet with seat warmer function for those who loves it. Room size is adequate to lay 2 luggages out and have ample of space to walk around. There is also a laundry room for those who needs it. For the price i think it is very sufficient.

It is a long wait for the lift. The sound proofing needs to be better. The is a gym in the levels above and they play really loud music through the night to about 10pm. Even footsteps will be heard. Wouldn't be an issue for travellers who are used to wearing earplugs to sleep.

Cleaning crew are so great, they are so polite . Front desk was nice even print out a map when I ask for one store location. They are by the train station, so convenience to airport and everywhere. On 5th Floor, even they give me a small no window room and by their back door with cleaning station. Still very quiet.

Room carpet looks dirty and shows very aged, LOL....trying use better words, carpet are so thin that is like walking on a bare hard wood floor, the room has a step up level and is odd. But still workable. When I book them is around 50 USD, they really should update their carpet.

The hotel is very conveniently located outside Taipei Main Station. The room itself, while it had no windows at all, it was extremely modern and the bed was large and comfortable. Air conditioning was at the perfect temperature the entire time, and the bathroom was very clean. TV and various other facilities provided were modern and in good working order. The lady at the reception desk on my last day was extremely friendly and talkative (we spoke for maybe 10 minutes or so), and it was a great interaction. Overall was a good stay here, and I would go again when I stay in Taipei.

No windows... I will never be used to a room without windows. I'm just too used to waking up with the sun in the morning. Of course, not a fault of the hotel, but from what I could see, none of the rooms in the entire hotel had windows. The elevators to the hotel are very annoying - they appear to give priority to people on the higher floors (floor 15+), and I frequently found myself waiting for the elevator rushing to meet a friend, and despite pressing down, it would always go up first. The room itself had no issues that I could make note of.

it has a laundry room which is a bonus for me, room is not as small as i would have expected. it was comfortable for 3 adults. the location is superb, a fanily mart below, a mall beside and right in front of the entrance to the metro station underground shopping strip

we had to kill an insect that was found in our room and the water drainage in our shower was slow

Nice location as it is right opposite the Main Station which is easy to commute. The room is clean, and they also clean the room by changing the towel daily. The staff is very kind and willing to help with the airport taxi and even greet us at the parking spot in front of the hotel.

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, a minus for us travelling as a family.

Excellent location. The room was reasonably clean, and the room space is just right for 4 pax & price. The toilet was clean enough.

The reception counter is good but sitting area in the lobby is a little run down. Could have done better in the check-in. There was only a staff at the counter, and she was entertaining to a guest for almost 25 mins. My team and 2 other customers were waiting in the Queue. She could have done better in time management or asked for help. We laid our luggage on the room floor as there is no proper furniture to place our luggage in the room.
