Arrival process was smooth; manager was friendly and helpful and provided advice on where to get appropriate meals, as no meals are provided. Room was on 9th floor and had a good view; it was a self-contained unit. Excellent security, with a grille at the ground floor reception, with proper reception on 7th. Location close to the ferry - walking distance.

I used this hotel for a transfer hotel for that is is good, as a business hotel I would not recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped, and the staff is very well prepared in solving some minor problems which you might encounter on your travels. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are equipped with Type-G converters. The rooms are clean and the bathroom even has a comb, razor blade and shaving balm, besides the usual shower gel and shampoo.

The pictures are outdated, the furniture could use a restoration and some polish. When we arrived nobody waited for us even tough we booking an airport transfer from the hotel, this was particularly annoying since I could not buy a new sim card at the airport, because almost everything was closed and my roaming failed, the hotel didn't answer on WhatsApp and I ended up taking a taxi from the airport which costed more than the transfer. The manager did make up for this by giving me a free transfer for my departure flight and this time everything was ok,

I stayed 3nights and trust me I felt like I m staying at my house.. Everything was perfect location,staff and there customer service always available 24/7 there watchman were also very helpful. Room had also amenities like towel soap microwave mini fridge,the last day I got to know there is also gym at top floor. It was beyond my expectations I would recommend this place and I will definitely come back to stay at this place.

we come here a lot.and always get the two bedroom suite. it’s worth the $. There are great local restaurants nearby that we love to go to. it’s ideally situated in the center of town.

The only think we didn’t like was the initial smell in the rooms. When we came here pre-CoVid there wasn’t that smell. This may be a post-CoVid by product along with no breakfast offered.

Very economical lodging in central Dar es Salaam, comes with a safe, air conditioning and 300 cable channels. Be sure to check out the local restaurants Mamboz BBQ and Chef’s Pride.

There is a mosque right next door so if you want to avoid loud early morning call to prayer announcements you may want to find another place (but may be hard to avoid in Dar Es Salaam)

We liked the apartment. Walking distance to the ferry terminal (8 minutes), 2 very spacious rooms, balcony, view over the city, coffee and tea available in the room, street restaurants nearby in 2 minutes walking distance. Staff very friendly.

Bath seems a little old and dirty as it has many water marks at the shower. No restaurant, no bar in the hotel. But you have many around.

Very good hotel big beds clean place great staff wonderful and helpful security guards. Security were exceptional they help my mom after I checkout of the hotel. Taxi driver was trying to scam her. They stepped in and resolved her issue. God bless them

I was not sure what to expect, was even worried that I may have made a big mistake because there is no restaurant and a notice in the room said that laundry was not available. However, the room was very comfortable, it was large with a very nice bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. There were ample power socket and a small table for working or eating at. Meals were easily ordered in plus there are restaurants nearby just as long as you like either Swahili or Indian food. Laundry was easily arranged through the hotel so there was no issues there. Management were always extremely helpful.

Nothing really, perhaps having a place where meals are provided is more convenient but this was never a problem. Guests should also know that alcohol is not permitted on site

Location of the hotel is very good and central, near to the harbour and ferry. Staff was very helpful, organised taxi transfers and was there if we had any questions. The room was clean and comfy. View from Rooftop is spectacular and the gym at this rooftop has a very special touch - even though equipement is not high-level, there is everything you need for a good sports session. Definitely would reccomend this hotel in Dar es Salaam.

The staff was very welcoming. We arrived late and one of the staff members went out with us to get food at a restaurant and he waited with us while we were waiting for the food to get ready. The room was spacious and clean, very pleasant experience.
