I really like the smoker bar they have, but it was a bit neglected by staff in terms of service. Dada Fatma at the front desk was the highlight, she made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to give us a pleasurable stay! Super heartwarming person!

We had one water outage during our stay (lasted like 2 hours) and when it was back it didn't really get properly hot even after running the shower for some time. I've been at this hotel before and this is the first time this happened, could be only that room affected. Also due to the power outages Tanzania faces these days there have been short power outages during our stay, but the Hotel does have a generator. The problem is at night when power goes off it takes a couple seconds for the generator to kick in but the AC doesn't switch back on which, of you don't notice it can make the room warm up again which is slightly annoying. Not really the Hotels fault tho.

The wifi was down for a wile during my last day, thank god I had cell phone data. I however liked the idea of desparate residents being given a facility to take to their rooms for a while. I ordered. I ordered a shuttle the day before I left (left on 3 June and my shuttle was not there so they brought me a taxi which the driver refilled 2 litres of fuel along the way. Am not sure whether the hotel reimbursed him as I did not have to pay him assuming he will be repaid from my shuttle payment. . Not sure if I can order a shuttle next time. very nice amenities e.g. gym, sauna, outside terrace pool, rooftop with great sunset view. breakfast was good with great variety. Super nice and helpfull staff! After the misunderstanding that the airport transfer is billed directly via the hotel and not -as we did- to the driver, the hotel appologized for billing again, revised the bill and offered a free shuttle to the ferry harbour due to the time lost on discussion.

Staff was very helpful and cooperative location is amazing in the center Cleaning and taking care of it all the time makes me comfortable breakfast was very nice Thanks and see you again soon

Everything was perfect But for me I like to have more cheese on the breakfast 😃

Room was clean and food was nice. Staff are so friendly and helpfull. I made my covid test at 8.30 pm at hotel(There is no open testing facility at that time in the city). it was most convenient service I received from hotel. Unless I made that test I couldnt catch my flight due to long testing time there. I can’t thank enough Pravin for arranging it quickly.

its a bit old hotel. wifi can be frustrating for connecting additional devices.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The food from the restaurant was excellent. Friendly staff at the front desk for both checkin and to arrange airport transfer early in the morning.

The massage at the spa wasnt good.

The staff were excellent. The Manager was exceptionally kind and helpful when I had to change my booking, and each staff member I had contact with was warm and polite.

Nothing - I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel in a very central location and very clean. Breakfast selection is limited although the other dining options were good.

There was some confusion on ordering a shuttle to the airport, but thankfully we worked it out in time.
