Clean, bright and open.. Location was great, about 7-10 min walk to Ao Nang Beach, soooo many shops and restaurants once you get on the main road. The hotel also has a beer garden in the parking lot with live music which was great. There’s a mini grocery store just the other way from the beach as well. Right on the main road but still had a quiet night sleep. Room was comfortable, fitness room was basic but had free weights and cardio machines - all you need for a quick workout. Pool is huge and clean, a lot of lounge chairs and a swim up bar. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of choices and omelettes, eggs cooked to serve. Must try their chicken noodle soup for breakfast too! It just gets a little busy with other guests.

Hotel's location is pretty good and the swimming pool was definitely one of the better ones. Complimentary water is provided twice a day and rooms were spacious. The staff in the cocktail bar in the Swimming Pool is superb.

Hotel is a bit ran down. The water of the Sink's tap shoots in all directions and water temperature was hard to reach as it was either too hot or cold. Mold is visible too. Internet had it's up and downs, but to connect to internet everytime you went out of hotel by filling the log-in details again is a tad obnoxious.

Hotel was comfortable, staff was very friendly, facilities were decent. Location is also good, in the middle of a popular shopping area with access to beach and tour facilities nearby. Umbrellas, beach towels, beach bag, travel adapter, all were available free of charge (although some required a deposit) and staff was always accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. They even provided an extra bed free of charge, unrequested.

All available breakfast was either vegetarian or chicken. Don’t get me wrong: I loved that. But when I asked whether breakfast was Halal, they replied “we are not serving halal breakfast. We serve international breakfast”. This is by no means criticism to the restaurant staff, but more towards the reservations staff. Had we known that breakfast was “Muslim friendly”, we would’ve been more comfortable to eat there earlier.

The location was ideal - and close enough to centre and within walking distance of beach. We booked three double rooms for five adults and were issued pool view rooms in main building - all next door to each other - ideal. Hotel staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was okay and staff again at breakfast were lovely.

The bathroom within one of the bedrooms was smelly - with some type of drainage smell. We should have asked to move rooms - but didn’t so our fault for not asking… The bathroom furniture in all rooms could do with updating - all taps tarnished (I guess due to limescale issues from local water)

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the center and the beach. Despite the repetitive breakfasts and the room with a view of a wall, our stay was enjoyable.

- Repetitive breakfast - next time I’d book without breakfast, there are plenty of great cafes nearby with better selection of food. - View from the room - unfortunately our room was facing a wall, but still it was better than if it had faced pool area because it’s often noisy there.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. It is great value for money and has everything you need. My room was bright, spacious and clean. Everything in working order. The staff were all friendly approachable and kind. The location is a 5minute walk to ao nang beach and on the same road as all bars resturants and shops. Perfect location.

The lack of aircon in the reception area and resturant makes it a little harder to spend any considerable amount of time there. Same goes for the gym aircon it was very hot to workout even when aircon was on due to it not being strong.

Everything was great here. We ended up extending our stay for two additional nights. The hotel's location is very convenient. It is a moderate walk to the beach, which has many restaurants and spas. The staff is so helpful. After breakfast, I accidentally left my purse on the chair, and they put it aside for me and returned it when I realized I had left it. Dada, San, Lukna, and Deena were especially helpful in this. Even though I came a little late to the breakfast close time, they let me sit in and take the breakfast since the food was still out. Very nice staff and were always looking out.

Perhaps the Spa in the hotel. Even though it said it had an hour until 8 pm, it was closed most of the day. After returning from a trip, we checked if anyone was at the reception at about 4 pm, and no one was there. Given that this is widely promoted, it would be nice to have someone there if guests need it or want to use that service. Other than this, everything was great.

Everything! I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be visiting again. The location is perfect as it is in Ao Nang, however it is still quiet when you go to your room. The staff were also very lovely, and there is security at the front of the hotel. I have stayed at 5* hotels in Thailand and I would say this hotels tops all of them for service.

The only thing I didn’t like was when I wore a white top into the swimming pool it turned orange in minutes. I assume this is sun cream, however I didn’t have any on so it must be from other people’s.
