everything walked out if a “”fourstar”””down the road as it was awful…(2 star).went hunting for somewhere else and found this gem … its great staff10/10.. masive rooms fantastically appointed .. massive telly… super bathroom … great pool gardens and poolbar .. the resturant is lovely . the food is delicious and nicely priced … plus the wee guy who serves you is just brilliant

absolutely nothing

The hotel is located right in the heart of Ao Nang, Krabi with makes it very convenient to walk about and explore the town. Welcome drinks were presented upon our arrival at the hotel and the staff were very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and we got the ‘seaview’ balcony as requested. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with necessities for our stay (towels, toothbrush, shower gel.. etc). The bed & pillows were comfortable, air condition is up to date & easy to use, lots of charging outlets/plugs on walls which is great as we brought several gadgets/devices with us. The TV functioned well, lots of international channels to browse through. The built-in wardrobe had an ample amount of space to hang your clothes or fold them in the drawers. Safety deposit box were provided and worked fine. The bathroom was very clean, we love that it had a big sink tabletop and built in drawers underneath which is great to house all of our skincare, makeup and hair products.. etc. The shower had a good water pressure, smelled clean, and we didn’t encounter any water clogged up situation throughout our one week stay. The lounge chair and coffee table were a good addition to the room, great sitting area for me and my husband to read our books. The balcony was spacious and we liked that the hotel provided a wall drying rack to hang our swimming clothes to dry. We enjoyed sitting at the rattan sofa outside on the balcony in the morning and enjoy the pool & seaview from our balcony. The hotel amenities such as pool and gym room were well maintained and cleaned. Overall it was a very memorable stay, we spent most of our days in the hotel as our vacation this time was more of enjoying our downtime and slowing down from the hustle bustle of the city. We love the hotel amenities and service they provided. Staff was very hospitable, friendly and well spoken, hence we felt very welcomed.

The only part we didn’t like was that room type was an adjoining style, hence there was a connecting door to the next room. So we experienced a few unpleasant nights were the guests next door was very loud & continuously being noisy (as if the couple were arguing) that it interrupted our sleep at midnight. We heard them slamming doors, aggressively shutting curtains, hitting tables and dragging chairs. We filed a complaint when we called the staff but nothing much could be done and the guests next door continued being loud, unfortunately 😅

The location was great, lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep, and only a few minutes walk to Ao Nang Beach. The hotel's restaurant was a bit pricey, however the food was amazing so we ate there a few times. During dinnertime there was a very pleasant live music. The hotel does not have a spa, however they recommended a place nearby, arranged a booking and provided a free transport there and back. The room was excellent, the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend the stay.

Sun beds beside the swimming pool were not too comfortable, so I would recommend for the hotel to provide some cushions.

it is located on the main road, which we loved and which is why we choose this hotel. walk distance to everywhere. a cute little balcony. nice breakfast. nice pool.

being located super central, also comes with disadvantages. there’s a lot of noise from the live music every single day, with the same songs and artist playing which was a bit annoying. at the pool, we had to wait super long for towels. we are told 15 minutes, and we waited waited, more than 30 minutes later and still no towels, so we decided to leave.

Location is perfect! Right on the main street for incredible restaurants, beach walks and other tourist attractions. Staff are all so beautifully kind and accommodating. Facilities are fantastic. Breakfast buffet and restaurant dining are outstanding. Very happy with our choice to stay in this resort.

Cleanliness of shower was not idealic, but still clean over all. Our room being right next to the elevator, every ding of the door bell and elevator travelling up and down was heard very clearly.

I had booked King room with a pool view for 3 days and the view was great. The King size bed was basically two single beds joined together (wasn't easily noticeable) it was comfortable so no complains about the bed. Rooms, pool, the whole property is nicely maintained, very clean. Their breakfast spread was amazing, lots of fruits and vegetables. I did not see much change in the menu of cooked vegetarian items over our 3 days stay. They could have avoided adding eggs to pineapple fried rice and to the vegetarian noodles so that we could have enjoyed some more. :) Location of the hotel is great, all good things around are at walkable distance. We loved every bit of Krabi.

The location is very central which is perfect if you want to go to the beach and restaurants by feet. The people working at the property were nice. Especially Luna from the reception was always very kind and helpful.

We didn‘t like that the hotel only provides one key card for the room. If you are two people and one wants to stay in the room and the other one wants to go to the gym it‘s not possible. Why not providing two room keys when check-in? This could be improved.

it was a nice hotel. Very comfortable. We had to pay for breakfast, but it was worth it. they had so many options. There was something for everyone, and I’m a celiac who doesn’t eat meat. So if I could eat safely, almost anyone could.

Nothing. It was all good. The only slightly strange thing is that there is window into the bathroo. so you can see into the bathroom when you’re sitting on the bed. But I encountered that in a hotel in Bangkok, too, so I guess maybe it’s normal. We thought it was funny.

Great hotel at Ao Nang Beach on one of the main few streets there with lots of bars, restaurants and party options. 5 mins walk from Ao Nang Beach and same distance to the street that is just by the beach which is also full of options for the evening / night. Nice rooms, really clean, balcony, nice bathroom. Staff is great, friendly and accommodating. They have a tourist counter just next to reception where you can book your boat trips, ferry transfers, etc and bargain for a cheaper price just like the counters that are on the streets. That is what we did - booked one boat trip and one ferry transfer and they gave us a good discount. The facilities are also good and clean - the pool and the pool bar, the gym, etc.

Staff were not so friendly at all times. Specially the receptionist in the night who checked final bills for us. Also the operator who we called for luggage assistance asked us to bring the luggage down from where they could assist further
