Good alternative to stay in Ao Nang. Over all good facilities albeit the hotel is aging. You can see that it needs maintenance. My room was ok but may family rooms were too warm as the aircon was not working properly. Breakfast was good. Had enough options.

The room was spacious and nice choice of sunbeds shaded or in the sun. Good location short walk to restaurants and shops. The tour guides in the hotel was so helpful when it came to booking excursions and transfers to and from Krabi couldn’t recommend them enough. Reception staff very polite.

Me and my partner felt like the people staying in the hotel were rude. The main ethnicity was Indian/Pakistani visitors who were rude especially when coming for breakfast. There was also a lot of noise we could hear from our room (2501) which came from a bar/restaurant across the street but unable to pin point which one this was. The TV only had 4 channels which didn’t worked very well. Poor satellite picture. The shower was ok but not very powerful.

Rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. Location was top and the staff were very friendly. They upgraded me for free when I arrived.

Great Location. Staff were friendly especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was nice and well catered for.

The bed line needs to be updated as the towels and bed linen were worn and thin with a few holes. This was only i minor issue.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful with bags and requested change of room. The location was great and you could easily walk to the beach and throughout the town.

The first room we had was on the main street and VERY loud at night. Once we moved into the interior of the buildings it was fine.

I recommend, just need little updates. very good location, about 7 minute walk to beach - the main one which is really good and with the transfers to other beaches… many restaurants, bars, grocery (seven eleven) exactly next hotel, cafe Amazon at the hotel :) this was very helpful. we were able to agree about late checkout for extra fee - reasonable price. staff always helpful great price. i believe i would check again the hotel if I return, because price was one of the best for the services and location. breakfast tasty

few things to get better - water jn shower was changing temperature and hot water only few seconds, more cold water. toilet had to be closed bcs smelly a bit towels are very bad and need to get a new ones. coffee machine at breakfast very slow, would suggest new one or one more bcs there was always queue

The location is perfect, just a five minute walk from the beach. The pool is nice.

They only provided one pillow per person. Hotel staff wasn't very friendly. No breakfast included at the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach (about 5-10 min walk) and there is a 7/11 right next door. The pool is very good and the rooms were quite large. The breakfast was great and varied with Thai and Western foods. The staff was always very nice!

The only reason why I didn't give this hotel a 10 is because of its lack of character. However, it is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel so I'd recommend going there.

Good location, ease to check in and out and close enough to walk to the beach.

Quite dated compared to the pictures. Replenishment of amenities could have been more efficient. We had to ask staff for extras of items due to running out. Beds and pillows were very hard.

Great location in the heart of the Ao Nang. Spacious room.

A little bit more maintenance needed at the room. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to the details.
