The food was changed up every morning, which made it fun to go have a look every day. It was also nice to always have the staff ready whenever assistance was needed; in our case we didn't have warm water and the AC didn't function upon arrival but we didn't discover this before around 11pm, but the staff came up to our room in less than 15mins and got it fixed

The AC unit had a few issues i.e. it had to "warm up" 5-10 mins before it would start blowing cold air. When we figured out the trick behind it it was all good.

Really nice hotel, pool and food was good. The breakfast was limited but was enough. Had a good experience until checking out.

Was accused of robbing a tea spoon from the room and tried to charge us for water that we didn't buy on a day we were on a trip (assume somebody used our room number). Staff clearly didn't believe us but wasn't much they could do. Never spent a lot of time in the room or even noticed the spoons so to be accused of robbing one and told there is a charge is odd.

Great location, close to 7-11, restaurants, shops, currency exchange, beach. Good breakfast selection. Great sea view from the 5th floor rooms. Large balcony. Lovely staff always available. Tours can be booked right in reception which is handy. Adequate rooms with comfortable beds, extra pillows available on request.

Pool was always cold to the point of shivering whilst in it. Bathrooms in need of an update, certainly the grout in tiles needs replacing.

Rose at the desk excursions is Super,Super nice.She can organize every trip with gently competition and sen in everyplace witha smile! Than,at the front desk there is guys and girl really,really gentle. A smile is a good way for star a day in Ao Nang beach !

The air condition is a little too noise.The room is beautiful and a lot of space. TV

Great location - close to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was OK, lots of choice. I also received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room - beautiful view from the balcony.

The shower wasn’t mounted on the wall. There was no shower screen or curtain. The water pressure was poor and the temperature was temperamental. Not a huge issue but the only negative. I’d still recommend a stay.

Very clean rooms and well located, walking distance to Ao Nang pier. Really nice swimming pool. Breakfast was great and they were kind enough to prepare it for takeaway on a day that we had to leave early. The tours at reception were well priced and good quality, including great food (Rose was very kind and patient explaining them). They let you borrow beach towels and umbrellas.

There is no safe storage room to leave the luggage if you arrive earlier than the check in time, they keep it at the reception. The room was rather humid and noisy on the street side.

The location. 2nd time staying in this hotel. Specifically asked for 2nd floor with balcony facing the street which was fulfilled. Room Aircon was exceptionally cold. Clean and the bed was comfy. Big and spacious room.

No toiletries provided such as shaver, toothbrush/toothpaste and comb/brush. The TV has limited channel which most of it in Thai. This is international or tourist attractions area thus providing other alternative channel should be good. The water heater is not effective. The breakfast should be improved. Not much varieties to choose. Not sure Halal or not as the food was not labelled as such. We eventually skipped breakfast even though we paid for it. The staff cleaning the plates and glasses should excercise care and concern as they created too much noise while clearing which caused much irritation. Should pick up the plates, utensils and glasses/cups and bring it to the kitchen instead of bringing along their trolley as if it is a food court.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Big and clean room. Great breakfast. Lovely swimming pool. Overall had a great stay. Close to everything you need and 5 min walk to the beach. Very comfy beds

The tap of the sink in the bathroom was too short, couldn't even place my hands under it. The pressure of the tube at the toilet is way too high.

The location is fantastic and really can’t be beat!! The pool and lobby are nice. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Room was really big and nice bathroom. Safe for female solo travelers.

The room they kindly upgraded me to was right above the pool so quite loud at times and smelled funky. WiFi was terrible but not the hotel’s fault as this was everywhere I went in this small beach town and may have been due to my esim (which worked everywhere else I went). Knowing I was looking for a party cruise, the hotel lobby’s travel arrangement company booked me on a non-drinking boat to Hong Island where there was also no alcohol. I made the best of the day but really not cool to be in a boat and on a beach all day with no drinks. Next time I will book ahead, lesson learned.

Friendly, helpful, and smiling staff. The hotel is well-located, with a pleasant balcony in each room. The breakfast is varied with high-quality products, and a special mention goes to the catering staff
