Great sized villa, location was good and only 10 minutes into the bars, restaurants and beach. The photos reflect what you get and I cannot fault the facilities or cleanliness. Staff and housekeeping extremely friendly. Nice pool & outdoor seating area. If we were to return to this area, we would certainly stay again! Very nice and modern and all rooms have en-suite.

Only small things, the location was only a 10 minute walk but very hilly so keep this in mind. The pool could do with a step or a handle for ease of getting in and out. Hard to locate entrance upon arrival so needs some more signs or information provided before arrival. Need to have a card machine or allow payments through booking.com or provide transfer information before arrival, due to international transfers taking a few days to send. Luckily ours was instant as we didn’t have cash but could be a problem for people.

Very stylish decor, ensuites for each bedroom, great sized pool, full sized kitchen. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms. Great size for a family or couples. We were two couples and had plenty of room. Easy walk to the Main Street, although there are a couple of small hills. A stroller/pram would be easy to push as roads are in good condition. We ordered regular tuk tuks and grabs and had no trouble getting transport. Great Airconditioning throughout. Not a negative at all but not within comfortable walking distance to the beach, but only a few minutes by car. Beach is lovely. We loved our stay here.

There is a washing machine but no dryer. Would have liked towels changed more often ( they change them every three days) Was really difficult to find places open for breakfast as almost all don’t open till 11am. Would have liked the option to have breakfast provided at the Villa.

The villa was spacious. Both the villa and the swimming pool were very clean. Shopping street is 10 mn walking. Staff is nice. The washing machine was convenient. Note that the place is a group of 8 villas. Some pictures are taken from the 4-bedrooms villas and some pictures are from the 3-bedrooms villas.

If there is a group of noisy tourists who want to party in a neighbouring villa, it will definitely affect your sleep. We could not reach anybody from management late that night and we had to firmly tell the noisy people to stop. In a hotel, we would have been able to contact management. Most tourists are quiet but this is the risk. Karon Beach Pool Villa should have staff available 24/24 for this kind of issues.

The Villa was amazing. We had booked the Chuan Chom Villa. there were 5 of us and we had 3 bedroom with queen size beds. Nam was exceptionally helpful with all our needs. Book your bikes, car, airport transfers, taxi etc from the Vila itself. The rates are very reasonable. The Vila was quiet and the pool was great as well. They will come and clean the place daily.

The location is a little far from the beach and the town. Its about 15-20 min walk and the walk back up is uphill. We knew this already from all the other reviews. The towels are not changed daily. Maybe if you request this they might do it but we didn't request to have the towels changed. Other than that this place was awesome!

Everything about this property was amazing. I was a bit tensed before the booking as there weren’t many reviews but honestly this has been one of my best stays in phuket (of the 4 times I’ve visited). Our host Nam was extremely sweet and soo helpful all throughout; very responsive and always available to help. She even helped us book our ferry to phi phi and helped with general info around the place. the location is a walk away from Karon walking street which has a lot of very good food options available, about a 15 mins walk to the beach. The 7/11 store is available for deliveries and is a 10 mins walk away. The villa is a 15 mins drive to Bangala street and about 45 mins to phuket old town. Will definitely recommend this property and will revisit when I’m back in phuket.

The master bed rooms were really nice, property is very well equipped with all necessities, extremely clean. The pool area and outside patio are nice spots to chill around.

The location was perfect, a 10 min walk to the main street, and 15 mins to the beach. The rooms were spacious and super clean, a team of cleaners came in and cleaned every day. The pool was lovely, outside area and living space all perfect for what we needed. It was easy to find and allowed us to come and go as we pleased, with a few small bars close by, and lots of places to eat and drink on the main high street. Would thoroughly recommend.

A generator came on one of the mornings at 6am which was super loud and made getting back to sleep impossible (did not happen through the other 4 nights that we stayed)

Only 10 mins from bars and shops! Beautiful outside area and surroundings very helpful owner and staff! Villa is cleaned everyday and was spotless

Inside the villa was a little tired! Chipped kitchen units, hole behind the tv where the plug was meant to be, nets and curtains had a few stains on missing matched bedside lamps. Pool was lovely but pumps not working properly and one was cracked so dangerous if you stood on it. Also, towards the end of the stay a large crowd of very loud Russians who kept us up three nights in a row after we asked them the keep it down! They did stop shirt we messaged the owner and she spoke to them. Also, a little panicked when we were asked for cash for the remainder of the bill which we were not aware of! Fortunately after messaging the owner we managed to get bank details and transfer
