- The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. They change the menu everyday. You can also rent a bike for free. - The atmosphere is top if you like a quiet and close to nature stay. - You can walk to a nearby restaurant from the beach in 5 minutes. - There is a cute doggo welcoming you at breakfast everyday. ☺️

- I hope they will do something about mosquitos. My legs are full of mosquitos'bites even though I already used insect spray. - The pillow is a bit too high for me. - The private pools are not cleaned fast enough.

Great pool, especially the 'private' pool that came with the "Ravenala' room. Very helpful and Lovely staff. Reception was open 24/7 and would help with tours, rentals and transport. There being no kids was a bonus. Resort is right on the beach. The accommodation was excellent value for money and included breakfast, which was very good.

Some of the rooms haven't got much privacy. We had some issues with the water and AC but were upgraded when it became apparent they couldn't fix the problems. The restaurant\bar is very expensive,. A BHT 40 beer is sold for BHT 190. However, there are places around where you can buy cheaper drinks and have a good meal. The resort is a bit isolated so it pays to have your own transport such as a car or a moped\scooter. A scooter (for two) can be rented for about HBT 500 a day. The beach can be a bit rough, especially during the 'rainy season'.

Lovely peaceful garden setting. Nice big rooms and beds. The pool is really refreshing and pretty big. Beach is clean and you can walk for miles in both directions. Friendly efficient staff.

People smoking absolutely everywhere. There does not seem to be any restrictions on smoking and I did not see any non smoking areas, even in the breakfast restaurant guests are smoking at 7am. Adult smoking rates in Australia is about 11% and Germany about 22%. Its a shame that the minority can spoil it for everyone. I felt like I'd smoked a carton in second hand smoke after a four day stay. Ironically durian is banned.. People hogging sunbeds with towels etc and then disappearing for most of the day.

Being right on the beach was lovely. beautiful sunsets every night from the bar area. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Dinner food was delicious and we thought, better quality than other local restaurants, though slightly more expensive. Our room was massive and very comfortable. Fantastic swimming pool. All in a very pretty setting with lots of trees and plants everywhere.

Although I knew we were out of town I didn’t realise we were so far out (my fault for not checking properly). It meant there was only really one other restaurant near by that was open.

The resort is beautiful and quiet, full of greenery, next to a long empty sandy beach. The room was spacious and very zen. We really liked the fresh breakfast and Thai massage, which they offer. We didn't use the pool, as we spent most of the time on the beach.

The staff was friendly, but not very helpful when we asked about transportation options to get from the resort to the next town we were travelling to. They told us taxi was the only option and that there are no minivans or buses going on the road next to the resort, which wasn't true. There are many minivans going between Khao Sok and Krabi, passing (and picking up) directly by the resort, as a short google search revealed.

Had an all in all fantastic time in Bangsak Village Hotel. Very warm reception, beautiful area with lots of green nature, nice people, ... Really liked the suite with pool access for a bit more privacy. The room was very good equipped, it could just need a paint on some walls. Would give the room a newer look (especially at the bathroom area walls) - but for me its not a thing I would think bad about. The breakfast met all my expectations and the staff was helpful in every occasion. I used the small gym, the hotel bus to bang Niang market (120Baht per Person, Taxi about 300-400 baht)

Some dishes in the restaurant did not taste "original Thai", pad Thai was very flat with no spice. green curry and fried rice was very delicious, also as vegetarian version.

This is a great small adult only hotel, perfect if you want peace and quiet. Great to escape the crowds, located on a beautiful and mostly empty beach. Very friendly staff, great pool, the place has a great atmosphere and vibe that is lacking in some of the bigger resorts. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay very much. The Christmas dinner buffet was also fantastic and great value!

It would be great if they could get more lights in the room it was too dark at night. The rooms were nice and big but could do with a paint job.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast with real coffee. Large swimming pool. Very quiet. Nice garden with a lot of plants which hides the other apartments from view. Very large stylish bathtub. Stylish interior. Some restaurants in walking distance. We had a nice chalet (which in fact was a unit of two) where we were hidden from view. If you book one of the coco chalets you are located at one of the sides of the pool facing each other and the guests at the pool.

Internet Access was of very varying quality from unusable to ok. It was not a matter of bad signal from the Wi-Fi but most probably just too few bandwidth - it was ok in the middle of the night. Sitting outside was uncomfortable and even with massive use of Moskito repellent the Moskitos were too aggressive - under the houses there was a lot of water which might have been the source. The beach chairs were set up rather far away from the ocean so most of the guests gathered around the swimming pool.

Wonderful resort with a large garden, pool and beachfront restaurant. Very cozy room, spacious, nicely decorated. Friendly, attentive staff. Very quiet and perfect to relax for a few days. No children! Very good price-value!

Food is very good, but the thai dishes are too much adapted for farangs. Shuttle to village / transfer should be included as you are sitting on the back of a pickup with 9 other guests for 120B. For 300 you can get a taxi for yourself with A/C. WIFI is working throughout the hotel but mostly too slow to stream movies.

We stayed in the smaller poolside rooms and they were absolutely beautiful! So comfortable and clean. The restaurant on the beach was amazing for the sunsets and the food was so so good!

The restaurant got very hot and humid and didn’t have any fans. There wasn’t a huge amount of breeze either so you got sweaty very quickly. I think fans would have helped keep the guests a little cooler but other than that I have absolutely no complaints!
