We stayed in the 'Chalet' option which was amazing. There's two pools on the property, the 'fun' pool and the leaf-shaped pool. The bar, music and fountains are all at the fun pool. The leaf-shaped pool is quiet and calm. We were very happy to have chosen the 'Chalet' option. All Chalets surround the leaf-shaped pool so it's very nice to sit out on the balcony, no matter if you're ground floor or top floor. Also the Chalets are closest to the street/town, breakfast and the lobby. The villa's surround the fun pool little further in the resort, and the rooms outline the resort. The fun pool was great, there was plenty of space and the poolbar was a bunch of fun. Overall really liked it!

Breakfast ends quite early (10am) with some dishes/drinks running out at 9:30 already. We ended up getting 2 cups of coffee each on arrival at breakfast because there was a risk there would be no coffee anymore after your first drink.

This is a lovely hotel in a very good location. Easy access to restaurants as are within walking distance. As always there is some shopping and spas close by. Very peaceful in the hotel grounds and is a true tropical oasis. Fantastic staff, lovely clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and 2 pools to choose from. Very good value for money. We love this place and would definitely stay again.

As with all tropical areas the mozzies are uninvited guests but easily managed with replellant and a small price to pay. Note they are no worse here than anywhere else but handy to be aware if you are a first time visitor.

I understand that this may not be easily amended and the fact that we are talking Thailand. Before you judge my next comment. The pools tend to be as warm as the air temperature. The lower pools has had a revamp to a lighter coloured tile since last visit however I would suggest a shade sail be placed over the northern end of the pool may help cool the water a little.

Good size room. Nice pool. Good location for the centre of khao lak. Good value for money.

Breakfast was OK. Sunbeds were very uncomfortable. Beach nearly is just ok. There are much better beaches in Khao Lak.

i like all in this hotel, everything it was great. great Room, so nice swimming pool. the breakfast was so good and Italian restaurant for evening nice too with good win. All people very nice and here to help you . 😊

Lovely peaceful green gardens, comfortable clean rooms, helpful friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

Only a small thing but the toilet paper was terribly thin and just disintegrated on use. Thank goodness there was a box of good quality tissues in the room!

Location and value for money

The reception should consider stocking on some paracetamol for guests who needs some basic painkillers.

Clean and spacious rooms, quiet area, nice lush tropical landscapes all around. Good breakfast. Very kind and polite staff. Available space to park the car.

Everything was perfect, only our stay was too short.

This was our fifth stay at The Leaf. We love the location and the quietness of the resort.

Nothing not to like about The Leaf.
