We liked breakfast. It is not the big buffet of a larger hotel but it had all we wanted. We were looking for a room big enough to accommodate a couple and a teenager. And it was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable and the room was big enough for 3. And very clean. The BTS (Aerial Metro) is at walkable distance. It is very useful. The metro (subway) is a little farther away. Service all over Thailand is very good. And the hotel was no exception. Personnel was always kind and helpful. I would highly recommend. It is very good, and it is very difficult to find a hotel in Bangkok willing to accommodate older teenagers in the same room. At least not in this area. And they were a perfect fit for us. And they have a piano!

We liked very much our stay. No complaints. But, perhaps a real coffee machine for breakfast! That would be a nice add on.

Everything was just perfect. From the lovely and coziness of the hotel be it the overall deco and the comfort of the room, with personalised service given by the staff, delicious and variety breakfast buffet spread, free tuk tuk shuttle to some of the major malls and location wise - near to BTS station with many small shops and restaurants nearby

Can be a bit noisy with the traffic outside especially with rooms that are facing the street.

The ambiance, the decor, the furnishings, the appearance is wonderful. The staff is excellent. Pear is a delight to work with. She goes out of her way to make sure the customers have an enjoyable stay. The price was reasonable. The location was exactly what I need when I travel to Bangkok. The chef at breakfast was terrific. Three separate locations for shower, toilet, and sink is a great idea.

The breakfast buffet clearly aimed at Eastern and Middle Eastern travelers. Could use some improvement for Western travelers. The mattress was very hard,

The location is on a very busy street. Noises was NOT a problem, but you really need to learn the public transportation to get around, other than taxis. The breakfast was the best of all the places we stayed. The staff made Thai ice coffee for my son and I each morning. We requested it. The buffet was extensive and the food VERY good. There are bread/egg items and Thai and Arabic food. The Pad Thai was very good and Thai rice excellent. The humus was just ok, but the beans and strudel totally excellent!! Best breakfast and more than we could have expected. Staff was very helpful. We had a night tour of Bangkok that required that we meet at a light rail stop. The hotel has a shuttle that will take guests to the nearest rail stop. I was afraid of getting lost in changing rail lines, so they took us to the stop where the rail would need to be changed to get on the second line. We met our guide and that was the best tour we had in Thailand. We did 5 different tours. Bangkok by night highly recommended!!!

Room was a bit worn. A lot of scratches on the walls. Lighting was not very good. Taxi to the airport seemed quite high. There is a rail that goes to the airport, once public transportation is mastered.

Loved that there was breakfast every morning included in our stay. The staff was kind and accommodating. Our room was pretty quiet and noise from the street wasn't an issue. The rooms were very clean and had a nice smell. I also appreciated that there wasn't a carpet and the cleaners mopped the floors in the room.

The beds were pretty hard. The king bed was two beds pushed together so the middle of the bed was very hard and you could feel the edges. The flowers in the room were pretty but there was mosquito larve in the water wiggling around so we removed it from the room.

The staff, the facilities and the help that was available at all times. They was very friendly and professional throughout my journey there. It’s like a family feeling. Also, the boss of the hotel is a very kind and lovely lady that always has time to sit down and talk. Everyone is very helpful there.

Some staff did not speak English fluently so sometimes it was difficult to explain but they was still willing to help and the reception lady Ina and gentleman Bert/Robert were always more then ready to help. So I have no complaints because I had a great time there!

The room was very clean, comfortable, and recently upgraded. The breakfast was vast, varied with so many choices, as well as made to order dishes. The staff and service was A+, helpful, attentive, in all situations. The location is close to the BTS and airport rail link. Overall, a good stay that was far better than my typical AirBnB stays, and will be my first choice when I return to Bangkok.

The neighborhood was safe but away from the main Sukhumvit downtown shopping area. Not a big issue for me but it depends on ones preferences.

The hospitality and the welcoming of the staff are the plus point. The property is near burmengrand Hospital and many other pharmacies and restaurants. A perfect clean hotel for a pleasant family vacation. The breakfast is good. We were not happy with the room and were immediately changed to another one. The air conditioning is good

Nothing much to say overall was a good experience

Lovely quaint, quiet hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the room is beautiful, as is the hotel, and spotlessly clean. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, with choice of pillows. Good choice for breakfast, also for vegetarians Thank you Phraewa at reception for all of your help and kindness I would definitely recommend staying with these lovely people.

Staff were super friendly... Rooms very clean with nice hot shower... Walking distance to everything you need... Taxis and Tuk-Tuks readily available out the front... Breakfast was very nice....
