We got an upgrade to one bedroom suite thanks to booking.com. Initially we were quite skeptical as the photo looks dated, but it was well maintained and you can feel the old rustic charm staying there. The room was big and spacious with one TV in the living and one smart TV in the room. The smart TV feature allows us to access YouTube using the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, come with a microwave, an electric stove and a toaster, especially handy as I can use it the prepare solid foods for my toddler boy. My toddler enjoy the big bathtub as well. Lots of storage too.

Bathroom water drainage not so well. It’s located on a busy area, usually we need to wait around 15mins to get a grab, and we got cancelled a few times I think due to the heavy traffic there.

Pretty spacious clean room, bathroom accessories were provided including sleepers and bathrobes. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Drinking water was provided every day. Towels for the swimming pool are provided as well - by the pool side. Nice quiet swimming pool with a small green garden - a perfect place to relax (but right now there are a lot of construction sites around this hotel so the view around the swimming pool is not as nice anymore as on the hotel photos;)

The aircon in our room made strange noises throughout the night, like something was loose inside and vibrating. But since we stayed only one night, we didn’t complain. The hotel in general is pretty old and def needs a renovation.

Outstanding Customer Care from all the Reception Staff helped constantly upgraded me free nothing was a problem to them ,amazing experience .All other staff were all fantastic polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious buffet type and staff were very helpful .The pool was brilliant too really enjoyed my stay Thank you all for your kindness it was really appreciated.

We booked the suites and it was really spacious. It had everything we need specially in the kitchen. Very close to shops and malls and centrally located to places we want to see and for shopping

Nothing we didnt like but maybe if they can link the suites and main hotel together the better

The breakfast was just ok. Eggs cooked to order good. Bacon barely cooked--none was done. Yes, I asked to cookit more the first day but it took a long time. After that I did not bother. Waffles onn only one day, pancakes cold. Great coffee and fruit selection. Normal dining 9-10.

everything is amazing. staff are super friendly especially Boo our friend at reception was extra ordinary she was so kind and always attentive towards the concern of our request. I don’t know who cleaned our room but i give them a big shout out for doing amazing job and cleaning our room daily. its in such a great location.

very close to amenities, walking distance to the sky train and other public transport services. extremely helpful and friendly staff and the rooms are good size and quite.

We stayed in a suite, the bed was large and confortable, the space was clean, soundproof was good, just off Sukhumvit to have some calm. We enjoyed the pool.

It is a bit old fashioned and the sauna was not working. Location for sightseeing in Bangkok was not the best.

Centrally located in CBD, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Very helpful after we forgot something in the room. Good communication. Thanks to all the staff.

Very spacious and comfortable was the one bedroom suite. Nice swimming pool that was not too cold. I also saw the gym looked good too, but I never had the time to use it. The staff were friendly and it was a very quiet and peaceful place. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
