We really enjoyed the location of this hotel for sure. Convenient store and laundry story are right there. I have read all the previous guests comments of this hotel. Then I really worried about staffs friendlyness. But all staffs were very friendly and reachable.

Just couple of complaints. The First is the toilet of our room. Not flash at all. We spend so much time for flashing of the toilet. The Second is the pool area. The used towels were on the chairs for a long time and piled up the used towel at the basket. We wished the staff just tidied up more often. Maybe be a small things but I believe all guests feels more comfortable and enjoyable for the area.

Everything was great- really comfy bed, lovely room, great breakfast buffet, great view from the pool, lovely staff. Would stay again

The staff, they were without doubt, Brilliant, friendly, GOOD HEARTED people, I congratulate them, probably the only Reason, both my wife and I would encourage anyone I knew to go there, an absolute tribute to the ‘Thai’ people. they get a great ‘rap’ from room 16/17

No Balcony, lack of food variety on ‘ level 25’ !!what a waste, , in my opinion be a great revenue asset??? I enjoyed the view and friendly service tremendously, and I have traveled extensively. I’m sure there must be ways to improve, even given it’s corporate allure. We were never, ever, even asked if we. needed to be shuttled anywhere in the hotel ‘shuttle bus’ probably because we were ‘Tourist’s’

The location is just fantastic. It’s in close proximity to the main Sukhumvit area, so you don’t miss anything, but it’s just isolated enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The pool area is west facing, which is so crucial if you want the sunlight, and also bigger than most hotels. The staff are all extremely helpful and polite. It’s great value for money, and better than some of the more pricey options. Sky on 20 also sports a stunning view - worth doing once. Other positives include the room service and the refillable water bottles.

Not much to complain about. If I had to be picky, I would say the buffet breakfast, despite being diverse, isn’t a knockout - I’ve had better. It’s still worth a visit though. The only real problem was the TV inside the room - while it was lovely, there was only a small list of prescribed channels that could be watched, almost 90% of which were news-based. There was one film channel and it wasn’t even working. It felt like a pointless addition to the room, and you’d expect a little better. But, it didn’t take away from what was a highly enjoyable stay.

My room had a beautiful view and was very modern. I was so impressed after just two days with the breakfast, room, staff and location that I added another week to my stay. Fast forward, I’ve been here almost 2 months now. I’ll eventually leave only because the explorer in me needs to see other neighborhoods and provinces but I was always stay here when in the area, even when they most likely raise the price when we are past the pandemic. They have a laundry service where whatever you can fit in a supplied bag js 999 Baht. It may not be a bad deal for a single individual who uses their clothes more than once or twice before washing them. I still have clothes that are clean from the first time I used the service. WiFi is pretty decent. I had one or two small connectivity issues which they addressed immediately. Staff goes above and beyond. Minibar is restocked daily but be clear what you’re being charged for and how much. After my first week I had them stop restocking the minibar after I saw my invoice. If you’ve shopped in Thailand or live here, be aware you’re paying hotel prices for these items (this happens at any hotel in the world) yet there is a Family Mart literally across the street from the hotel and a 7-11 two buildings over, where items are much cheaper. It could be closer to Asoke or Phrom Phong station but I’m a walker so for me these were non issues. Heading towards Phrom Phong one has plenty of food choices. If you head towards Asoke station there are some options there, and a small plaza or arcade close to Soi Cowboy. Terminal 21 (a decent sized shopping mall) is by Asoke station. Overall I’ve been happy here and with Allcor as a brand. If I were not believe me I would not have been here for over a month and still at the property as of this review. I can be picky when it comes to where I stay but Novotel has gone above and beyond any expectations and my previous two hotel stays in Bangkok and Pattaya.

They switched breakfast from in room delivery to the 9th floor and the first time I went it was cold because it’s not buffet with heaters. I was a little surprised by my bill for the minibar and was not clear what they were charging me for. I bought some of the same brands of water they stock because it’s what I used and there was some small confusion whether the staff restocked it and I should pay for it or if I bought it and was mistakenly being charge for it. They removed it with zero hassle but I later had them add it back because the cleaning lady who I had interacted with a few times told me she put them in there. It wasn’t a big deal and I simply asked them as mentioned above to stop restocking the minibar.

whenever I am in Bangkok I stay in this hotel. I love the modern rooms and the glass bathroom. All the facilities like pool and gym are very great, clean and taken care off. I actually came this time for my birthday and the stuff brought me a small cake into the room, which was very mindful and made me really happy. In general I like the service and the stuff at this hotel very much, they are really helpful and friendly. At the end of the stay we had to leave super early to catch our flight, so they actually gave us breakfast boxes for the taxi ride. I am def coming back as soon as possible.

This is an amazing hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is really cool. Staff members were very helpful. And it is in a great location, near Asok Station!

It was just a short stay, but I have been in the hotel before. It's a rather new place and good value for money in the sukhumvit area. The rooftop bar is especially standing out. Just 25th floor, but from my point of view one of the nicest open air bars in Bangkok. Chilled, great drinks, just lovely. Soi 20 is close to the Sky Train and there are great streetfood places and bars in the area. End of the day it's the sukhumvit area so there is entertainment around, but it's not Nana either. I like this part of sukhumvit.

I personally don't like the bathrooms with a window into the room. There is a blind fortunately, but in general this is a feature I don't need in a place.

Lovely hotel, my second stay. The staff are excellent, and so friendly. The view from the pool is amazing (and gets the sun from about 11 onwards till about 5:30pm) with great cocktails and a very decent gym. Rooms are fabulous (though could be a little more spacious if I was to be picky). Best air con and bed I’ve slept in in Thailand. highly recommend.

i got charged overcharged, double on my room rate on my credit card by accident. Luckily the receptionist made me check the payment. excellent service but annoying that I now have to wait up to 4 weeks to get the refund. the concierge arranged a taxi which refused to do meter, forcing me to pay double for my transfer back to the airport. uncool, not a great finish having to argue with them and upsetting the cab driver by ordering a cab myself
