The staff was very professional, kind and happy to help. The location was very about 5 minutes walk from the Khao San Road and 20 minutes from the Grand Palace. There was a bar/restaurant on the ground floor. The size of the toilet was good but it could get a little bit wet after shower. A/C was powerful. There were 2 bottles of water in the room.

The toilet could smell a little bit. I think it was coming from the drain, make sure you keep the door closed.

we went for few days and we end up staying for 2 weeks. Super good Location “Khaosan Road” few minutes away. Everything was amazing!! Staff is super nice, and the restaurant has a lot of choices of food and beverages with good prices. I would like to say that the staff from the restaurant (specially a guy called Josh, doing night shift) he was very helpful, kind and caring with us and with the rest of the other guest (Fran & Sheila)) Thank you so much!! we will definitely come back

Location is the best. Staff were pretty friendly, always smiling.. even though rooms are kinda small than what you expect, but they are good..

No hairdryer, no kittle. No amenities that you can find in the room like coffee powder, milkpoweder..

I feel like this hotel should have a higher rating than it currently does. We have nothing bad to say about this place. We booked a standard double room and it was adequately sized (not small at all). It had an ensuite, fridge, tv, window, strong wifi and plenty of storage options to place your bags and belongings. The bed is a little hard, but we don’t mind a harder bed. We didn’t eat at the restaurant downstairs but you get a 10% discount if you’re a guest, and it always seems to be busy. The location is ideal for access to public transport as well as many eating options and small bars. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great bang for buck. Good location close to it all but just far enough away for the quiet. Great food at the restaurant and they give you a discount as a guest eating in.

Our room had this slight smell coming from the bathroom..maybe from the drain or toilet not sure. It wasnt terrible, we opened up the window and door which helped.. The aircon in the room wasn't the best so room was abit stuffy.

really great location. super close to Khao San Road but without any of the noise. the staff were so lovely, especially the staff working the restaurant.

not a dislike just something to point out - the rooms/bathrooms are quite small but the hotel does disclose this when booking. if you’re a light sleeper, definitely bring an eye mask as our room had a window leading onto the next corridor so there was light in the room even with the curtain across. nothing major but worth pointing out.

Good location on a main street with easy access/walking distance to most places in Bangkok Old Town. A peaceful neighborhood just next to Khaosan but never too isolated even at night time. Staff were helpful as I requested for a late check-in after their office hours. There's also a pizza restaurant downstairs, so you'll never feel starving!

Room was a bit small but they already informed me beforehand and I only needed a place to sleep just for a night. With the price and location, it was very okay. The first room they placed me in seemed to be under repair, but somehow the staff were not aware of that. However, they quickly got me a new room once I told them what happened. Oh, and no towel available in my room.

Great location could walk to khoa San Road but far enough away that you're not kept awake by the noise, you can also walk to the hop on hop off boat which is a great way to see bangkok, clean, comfortable near lots of bars and restaurants and very good value for money, definitely recommend

Everything! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Every you need is right outside. Very close to Koh San road, but in a quieter area. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Good price for central Bangkok.

Initially hard to find, as the hotel is actually called Koh San Art Hotel, - it's the on-site restaurant that's called Casa Picasso!

Location, location, location! This hotel is situated right next to Rambutri road and a 5 minute walk to Koah San Road. You’re far enough from the noise of the area but close enough to always be no more than a five minute walk from where you might need to go. The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean.
