First day arrived the lobby, it was so impressed of the staff, the doorman was so friendly, welcome drink also provided. and every staff was so welcome us. The decoration of lobby is modern, feel very refreshing! we booked deluxe room included breakfast, the breakfast was value for money, so many choices to choose. reasonable quantity of customers dine in the coffee shop, you really enjoyed the breakfast. Hotel room is spacious and clean, the king bed is so comfortable!!!!! The location is very convenient, take 2 more station MRT will be in Siam. Outside of hotel, there has so many authentic Japanese restaurants, we tried Nan-tei yakitori restaurant, it was so delicious. 😋😋 Night market just in front of the hotel, starting at 6pm every night. 10 mins walking distance to few shopping malls. small pharmacy, boots, etc you can find every single street, one big Jim Thompson shop also located there. So overall for my experience, hotel is value for the money, they provide high quality of service, I definitely will stay here again.

it seems just 6 chairs for enjoy the pool was not enough, my husband want to enjoy suntan in the afternoon around 3pm, but no more chair for him. he went back to the hotel room. It is better provide more chairs for swimming pool.

The location was great for malls only 20 mins walk/ 5 mins in a tuc tuc. We didn’t realise we were right next door to Patpong Market until we arrived, but once in the hotel grounds we were very happy with a prime location in close proximity to many bars, shops and restaurants. The decor is wonderful and the bed was comfortable. After three weeks around Thailand, I was upset to only have stayed one night here. It was the best night sleep and best shower we had in our time in Thailand. The bathroom was small but plenty big enough in the nice big shower. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. i would definitely recommend staying here in Bangkok.

Don’t land at the airport mid afternoon as peak hour traffic took over an hour and a half to get to the hotel.

A good hotel, except that HALAL FOOD is an issue in the hotel and in the vicinity

Lack of Halal food and the Hotel is in the Centre of one of the main RED LIGHT District in Bangkok. Not ideal for family with kids.

Excellent location, the staff were amazing, attentive, fabulous genuine service and care for their guests. The Hotel manager, Pierre-Andre was visible and attentive. The front of house, meet and greet guy was so cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic. A very warm welcome was always received at reception. The hotel was spotless, we returned again after a trip to Krabi. We stayed on the 15th & 16th floor and the view and rooms were lovely. The pool was lovely to relax after a long day. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

Absolutely fabulous hotel, friendly staff and greet location. Great for a family, easy to get around with tuk tuk and taxis available. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Would only suggest another hook in bathroom for towels, ideal for a family. But absolutely loved the hotel and rooms were great.

Room is good value, large, clean, and well kept. Location is also nearish good restaurants especially for Japanese and Thai food. Staff were super nice and always helped us locate safe and fair transport. The hotel has a well regarded Thai-Chinese restaurant onsite.

Reception seemed a bit messy. Front desk used "standing desks" which had all their stuff on top of red table/cabinet. You are then forced to stand the whole time with all your stuff to check in. Half of the lounge was seemed to be closed only 1 sofa and a few chairs seemed available for public use which didn't feel too inviting TBH. The front desk/check in experience could be improved with a welcome drink - even just water and a seat, a suggestion. The hotel is also 1-2 min away walking from Patpong/Silom which is a famous for "night activities". While this isn't the hotel's fault, FYI for those traveling with family.

Very clean. Friendly and professional staff. Thank you Tikk and Siam for being so welcoming! Convient location for BTS and MRT. Got to wats along river and siam malls easily. Recently remodeled hotel. Rooms were very comfortable w/ modern finishes especially bathroom. Outdoor pool was great too. Plenty of street food options and Japanese restaurants nearby too. Morning transportation to airport took approx 45 min so not bad at all.

Stayed there with young children so we were home after dinner most nights. Silom nightlife scene very close but non-factor for kids as just avoided some of those streets Hotel campus is well monitored by staff and security so felt safe entire stay.

The property was well kept and the room was amazing. The staff were excellent and very helpful and polite.

Wonderful reception by the hotel doorman.He is worth his weight in gold. Beautiful,quiet rooms. Totally renovated with excellent taste. Very clean.

I would have liked a bigger fridge. The pool closes at 7pm which is a little early.

Pool was nice with almost no one using it, rooms are modern and clean.

Breakfast is not on a level for a 5* hotel, staff don't understand english well and at a times seem confused when asked something. Very slow service at the reception.
