I like literally everything. I’ve never been so pleased with a hotel like this one. - Excellent location - Wonderful staff - Beautiful facilities - Great value for money and services They have everything you can ask for. “Spa, Gym , swimming pool, 2 top rated restaurants.. etc” The bed is super comfy. The wifi is fast. The hotel located next to mall “ where you can go to from the hotel bridge to the mall” and the basement floor of the mall had loads of restaurants and cafe shop. I can speak non-stop about this hotel, highly recommended.

Outstanding and friendly staff . From the reception staff, pool boys, food staff to room service . Hotel was in perfect location and the family suite had everything you could imagine ! The best hotel I have stayed for as attention to detail was applied across all staff and the hotel . If something was not on time or right , staff apologised and fixed it straight away ( or did not charge us) . The pool was amazing too and we were always brought complimentary snacks and drinks . Well done to the whole team for an exceptional experience. 👏

Cannot fault it . We had booked another hotel to change things up but I wish I didn't as nothing compared to this hotel.

Some staff don't have good communication skills and have bad English. The hotel is always crowded, and they sometimes leave your luggage. The number of desks is little. They need to be more ready for the big guests' numbers.

I liked the friendly staff and cleanliness. Facilities were excellent. I liked that they clean the room regularly (twice a day) and changed the linen.

I stayed in the Garden Suite which overlooked the pool and was on a low floor. So it was not as quite as I would liked it. It would be good if FFB outlets like the Rotunda remained open longer.

Dear all, if you are the first time in Bangkok - this hotels is for many reasons the best decision. But also for people with higher demands. Service, Staff, food/breakfast... very, very OK and all staff members very friendly. Siam Kempinski offers also a huge water and pool area. The best: You are direct connected to the best high Class shopping mall (Siam Paragon), with an amazing food, bar and shopping offer - great. Also Taxi costs, if you want to go somewhere will be arranged for you, the staff is explaining you the rules...and to the Taxidriver - 100% safety. The Price per night in the hotel is for that service really OK. Best Christian , Austria RoomNr 554

All fine - sure the costs for food/drinks are ususally higher, but if you join 5 star it is normal and was OK for us. Wifi could be totally free, only standard rate is free - pls offer Netflix and Co also. But these are little things. 10/10

Was really impressed with all the smiling staff from front desk, doormen, bellboy from the moment I arrived at the hotel...the waitress at the high tea section needs more training through...

This is my first stay with Siam Kempinski and was looking forward to it. However, was disappointed that I was given a room with no view at all and to make it worst, was woken up by the next room neighbor at 3am!! The front desk was kind enough to switch a room for my 2nd night stay but this time, was given a room with bad odour of cigarettes! Hope the hotel could take note and improve on this.

excellent location and good staff management. we need to change our room with balcony, due the previous 2 bedrooms unit is not able to open any windows and is a bit dusty, as my daughter is sensitive to dust. So the frontline staff Kelvin has been really helpful and offer a great upgrade for us.

The 2 bedrooms unit if going to be renovated, suggested to be able to open windows. it will makes it more airy, as current the room is stuffy. it also needs some modernisation, things looks outdated. As compared with the balcony room.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, kids' club is awesome and is the reason I've booked for this vacation. Location is top notch, the hotel is in the heart of the city and still feel villa-ish. Breakfirst is ok, everything stays fresh every single morning. Strong recommond for people who will be traveling with kids and family.

Only wish the wooden floor and the rug in the room could be renovated. more choices for the pillow could implement the comfort while sleeping.
