Everything fine location, facilities, staff super friendly

Beds hard as rock

The hotel offers everything advertised. We had a large room on a high floor. The pool is great to lounge around however they definitely need more sun loungers. The gym facilities are good and the staff are friendly and attentive. Location is brilliant if you want to stay in the Sukhumvit area. The main shopping centres are all close and the sky rail is just a short walk away.

Everything was great however the room was a bit dated. I could see on some of the other floors that they had been renovated. A couple of the restaurants that looked as though they were great in the past were closed temporarily. I feel like with some more updating to the rooms and extra amenities that this hotel could be worthy of 5 stars.

I have stayed here before and will say the same thing. The hotel location is perfect for staying in the Sukhumvit area. Close to BTS and lots of local amenities. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel really needs updating in some of the rooms. I had a deluxe room which is pretty much the same as the executive room I stayed in before. I did as for one of the newer refurbished rooms but one of the downside is they do not respond to any messages you send on this app.

The room ambiance is very nice and value for money they always clean the room very well.

Try to add vegetarian food very less vegetarian options available in the hotel needed more vegetarian food in the hotel. I had outside the hotel.

Loved our stay at the The Four Wings Hotel. Our room was spacious with big windows. The hotel is very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The hotel has a gym as well as an amazing pool on the 5th floor with views of the city. In the morning, buffet breakfast was available with a wide variety of dishes. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Comfortable beds. Great pool. Spacious. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice balance among guests. Many Thai companies use hotel for conventions...so one is not surrounded by foreigners.

Sometimes waited for a taxi at peak hours. Normally a ten minute walk. Shuttle to SkyTrain would be a great service.

The property is nice. Very clean and welcoming.

We were shown how to turn on the AC. But, we were not told about the AC setting on the wall that somehow affects the refrigerator and AC. So, the cold air was pushing through the fridge and we sweated all night. I just thought the AC was broken and didn’t want to be rude by complaining at midnight.

Beds were excellent Views were great from the sixteenth floor Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful

Shuttle service to Sukhumvit would be good for the less mobile. Taxis are not always willing to take short rides or ones where traffic is predicted.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean.

Wi-fi connectivity was poor. No electrical outlets next to the bed. Not able to adjust aircon temperature.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was 2 minutes walk to the clinic I was receiving treatment. The room was very clean and comfortable and a great size.

I didn't find anything wrong with the hotel.
