The location is excellent for shopping around Phrom Pong BTS station and easy access to public transport. Room was well appointed. Stylish. Bedding was very nice. Everything was very clean. Safe worked well.

I was on the 27th floor, just under the outdoor bar/cafe. It was a bit noisy with music and other noises from the bar just a bit above my head, I think that this floor is not so suitable for people who may wish to sleep early or have young children/or are jetlagged and need quiet.

The location is great. It is en excellent starting point to explore Bangkok. Very good breakfast and nice roof top bar. The hotel itself is not exceptional, but meets or exceeds all requirements for a very nice and comfortable stay for a family looking for upscale without being luxurious.

Very good breakfast, helpful staff, room very clean, hotel well located. We were there for one night and just passing through Bangkok, perfect for that!

Sunbeds at the pool for the number of guests far too few, unfortunately.

Room was comfortable, air con didn't seem to get cold enough. The shower was powerful. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The roof top bar is cool and drinks were reasonably priced. Good massage parlours within 5 minute walk.

You have to pay a 1000 bhat deposit which I thought was a bit silly for the money you pay per night. The area is nice surrounding the hotel but very busy if you want to get a taxi anywhere.

Room - The spaciousness and well-thought-out layout of the room, ample storage. Service - attentive and friendly staff, early check-in was accommodated, express check-out. Location - close to BTS, Emquartier, and lots of eateries. A better alternative to the busier Asoke and Siam areas.

Sewer smell from the bathroom.

The staff was welcoming and helpful regarding payment. The room was beautiful with a great view, nice and clean bathroom and a good amount of water bottles. Falling a sleep with a sky view was a cool experience. The roof bar was also very nice with very kind staff :)

No one helped us with our luggage or showed us the way to our room. We didn't mind finding our own way but we expected a premium experience with more attention from the staff and we didn't get that.

Great location. Clean rooms and everything you need for a short city stay. We loved the location, close to nice restaurants, shops and the main road. Rooms were in good shape and staff was friendly.

All was fine, only the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but considering the attractive price, it was absolutely fine with all basics covered. In fact I liked my morning omelette a lot.

Nothing really important

Really nice rooms with amazing views . The staff is very kind and understanding. The location is at the heart of Sukhumvit with proper connections to transportation . Even though we came early in the morning , the staff was kind enough to keep my bags with them while I did some sightseeing, and once we came back in afternoon, they gave a great room and kept our luggage in the room . It’s a great place to stay and would probably stay again when I come to Bangkok

While the rooms are amazing , the property size is a bit too small and might not be enough for a family . Additionally, would be great if they had more options in TV
