Good looking staff and helpful. Cleans Room. Just walk below than 1/2 an hour to the nearest attractions. 24hrs Tuk2 in front of the hotel waiting for customers 😅. Suggest to use grab car.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is near 7-11 once you exit from the alley, nearest BTS would be either Ratchathewi or Phayathai..though it's roughly about 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel.The Nearest shopping mall would be Platinum Fashion Mall which is a 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Room is spacious enough for 2-3 people and everything is neat and clean.. there's also a bidet which was a plus point for me. The only downside would be that it's a little hard for taxi/grab driver to find the location as it's located in the narrow alley..but overall, highly recommended for solo travelers or short trip stay.

I got very nice room, last one with big windows and lots of light coming in which I liked. I think this hotel is in very good location in close proximity to all the main shopping malls in the area yet is located away from the main road and lots of noise.

I didn’t like the property couldn’t take the room payment directly from booking. I had to use a physical card which wasn’t convenient for me. I also didn’t like I got a call from the reception exactly at 12 at the time of my check out to remind me that I had to check out. I found it little impolite.

Location was walking distance to the Pratunam Morning Market. Staff accidentally overcharged me and they called me back to return the extra money. I did not notice, but this was very honest of them. Room was okay, good for 1 pax.

Lighting could be better. Stated that I had a balcony - it was more of an outdoor area with a door. Mine was cramped as there was a pillar. I could squeeze to go out, but nothing for hanging anything to dry etc. My friend's room had no pillar, he could stand outside if he wanted to. Room doors and walls are a little thin - you can hear your neighbour ripping tape all night probably for their luggages. There are different entrances to the hotel - i think they are merged. Thought our room keycards didn't work but turns out the front desk staff forgot to inform us that we had to enter via another entrance. The lift is small, we found that taking the stairs was faster.

The hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly n helpful. Hotel was central n near to Pratunam Morning n Night Market n also to Platinum Mall. Only a short walk to the nearest BTS Sky Train, Phaya Thai Station. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.

Walking distance to Platinum and Pratunam market, even Central World can be reached easily. It's located inside an alley and it's quite quiet most of the time but the walls aren't very soundproofed, you can hear what's going on outside quite clearly. The reception is closed, you need to reach Cubic hotel reception to check yourself in. The room is a bit old but it's clean enough and they would clean the room everyday if you put on the sign on the door. The staff are nice but not overly friendly, which is appreciated much by me personally.

It's a bit of a walk to BTS station and there aren't any MRT stations nearby.

Good location, close to pratunum night market. Halal food easily available, both street food and indian restaurants. Taxi and tuktuk can be booked easily. Walking distance to platinum mall and central world. Towels were changed everyday. Rooms were cleaned every single day. Nice spa in the hotel.

The location is great as it was in the Pratunam area. However, it is a little bit of distant to walk to the nearest train station. The good thing is a 7-11 was just around the corner, which is fantastic.

The breakfast choices were ok but the quality was so so. Good thing is it is opened for long hour from 630 to 1030. You can enjoy the breakfast without having to force yourself out of the bed. Definitely value for money.

Breakfast is good. Bread, Oats, fruit juice, Milk, Coffee, Rice, Soup, eggs available everyday for breakfast. Noodle's, some curries and sausages varies day by day with some other variety. Pineapple and watermelon also available for breakfast. Location is quite good. No disturbances to the room.

Had to wait until 1400hrs to check in. No early check in available.

The hotel is inside a narrow lane for one car through. Got to walk 7 minutes out to main road. Lane is poorly lighted during night and road condition is rough.
