The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is situated near the Phayathai BTS Skytrain station, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. From there, it's easy to access major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport is a major advantage, particularly for frequent travelers like myself. Now, let's talk about the breakfast - it was truly top-notch! The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, ranging from traditional Thai cuisine to international delicacies. The quality of the food was excellent, and I looked forward to starting my mornings with a delicious and nourishing breakfast. Love this hotel, everything was fantastic. Our room was a good size. I love my extra large bed and 4 good size pillows. Breakfast was awesome had everything thing you would like to eat ( international selection). The pool was extremely good also water was cool in temperature.

Good location right near train line. As you would expect staff we're amazing. The food was good we had lunch at pool restaurant 5 star . I would definitely stay again. Good price . Newest hotel in Bangkok.

Gorgeous new hotel, nice swimming pool on 22 floor, outstanding breakfast and attenive staff!! It is very close to airport train station (you can enter the hotel right from the station, 30 min to the terminal)

The hotel is very bright and clean ... probably because it's quite new. Her location is perfect... right next to the BTS station as well as the Airport Link station. 37th Floor swimming pool is just superb, the scenery is stunning. Executive lounge is very comfortable. Did not try their spa house as Let's Relax Phaya Thai branch is just located nearby.

It's quite expensive ... I stayed at the executive floor as I want to use the 37th Floor swimming pool... The breakfast restaurant which is located at 5th Floor, the area is very big... be very honest, food are ok with no surprise. Fruit section does not have much choices, bakery is just so so. I love the mixed juice ... especially the green cucumber one. Did not try the sushi section as there were always lots of people... D

The hotel is brand new.the lobby are spacious and grand. I manage to get early check in thank you the front staff.shes amazing. The room spacious and I have an amazing view overlooking the city with Mahanakorn tower view. The restaurants are nice and spacious. The pool have an amazing view and great seating types. Overall it's a great hotel to stay and very centralised.

I wanted to give this hotel 10/10 experience however I had unfortunate incident with one of the night concierge staff. It was a misunderstanding on the food delivery order but he keep blaming me multiple times despite me trying to find solutions. In the end he and the receptionist just ignore me and go on with their day. Amazing hotel experience can be ruined by an untrained and rude staff. It was unacceptable therefore the hotel lost a few points for this stay. Apart from that, though location is centralised but there's nothing around the hotel u can enjoy.

Great location, lovely room with wow view (50th floor)… helpful friendly staff would recommend and definitely next trop to Bangkok would stay again. Exec lounge drinks and 17:30 buffet was very nice added extra.

Pools were on the small side given size of hotel. grand center point terminal 21 is a better setup (Rooms Restaurant staff good but not as great though ). Breakfast is a wonderful setup but at times crowded. Sadly customer behaviour is grab grab grab which ruins ambiance for others… would be nice to encourage people to waste less food. Staff and food options were very food.

The hotel is relatively new and as a result the facilities where all of a very high standard. The location is also excellent in terms of adjacency to the BTS sky train and the airport link which makes the trip to and from the airport very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious and offer great views of the cityscape. The staff were also extremely obliging and always on hand to answer any questions I had. The lounge access provided a welcome relief to have a simple but good breakfast and also afternoon snacks and drinks. Overall, an excellent choice for a hotel to stay in Bangkok.

There was very little to dislike about the hotel. My only issue would be that my room had a connecting door to the next one (which was of course locked during my stay). This meant there was occasionally some ambient noise from next door but overall it didn’t hinder my sleep.

This Eastin hotel is brand new and beautiful. It is a huge hotel so there are many people about. It is very convenient to access the BTS Train, with an entrance from the 1st floor directly to the train station, which is really nice, if it is raining. Because the hotel is so new, cleanliness was top notch and the hotel still smells new. The staff is very pleasant but due to the large number of people in the hotel, they appear a little overwhelmed at times. The rooms were very quiet and the beds were lovely.

The breakfast buffet is spread out over such a large area that it is difficult to find all the things you need in a timely manner and return to your table with your food still warm. Lines at some food stations were very long. Coffee selection out of machines is probably more efficient for the hotel staff but I personally don't find this coffee very appealing or tasty. No options for plant based milks. Every drink station that I visited seemed to be either out of water or needed service in some way so I had to search a huge area to locate a working machine. Very disappointing.
