Comfy beds, spacious modern room, very clean, pleasant staff, good location on the edge of old city. For the price paid, this was excellent quality, would definitely stay again despite the meh bathroom.

Bathroom was not ideal - quite tiny and drain almost did not function, leaving the bathroom flooded after each shower. It was clean and sanitary though.

A bit strange upon arrival as they took us to a different hotel on the same road with the line "the room isn't ready yet so we have upgraded you", but it was about 8.30pm, so I was skeptical, however, it was an upgrade as the room was bigger and had a balcony. The hotel is quiet, the room is big, the bed is comfortable, everything is very clean, staff are very friendly. I'd stay again but the wifi would need to be sorted. Thailand has a great internet network, so it's a shame that there was an issue with this hotel.

The wifi was pretty bad. There were a few different connections available but were all pretty poor. The main issue was stability - the wifi would just stop working for a few minutes, quite often. Breakfast could have been better. One of the things the staff mentioned was that there was always coffee available in the lobby, but there was only coffee there on the last 2 days.

I didn’t like that didn’t have elevator and you need to carry your luggage 30 kilos on 6 floor

The star of the hotel was Mr Big he went above and beyond to help our group in so many ways. Always ready to assist he made our stay easier.

In our group there were complaints about the wet room style bathroom. No lift. Hard beds. No safe in the room. I understand that in Thailand these are very common. I was not happy that breakfast was served down the road in another hotel, this was a pain!

- Big room with two fairly big twin beds - Window that could be opened, therefore no AC needed - Water in glass bottles provided every day - The room gets cleaned only when asked for (this is a plus for me (and the environment)) - Quite quiet for a room in Chiang Mai, still some noise, especially in the morning, though

- Impossible to position the shower head in a practical position

B House Hotel is right at the centre of the old city Chiang Mai. It's perfect for walking everywhere in the old city. It's the cleanest, most comfortable place I've stayed. Infact I stayed twice!! The staff are lovely and helpful and the place is super quiet. My room was huge, very clean and comfortable beds. There's a handy laundry next door, 7/11 nearby, and coffee shops on the street. Perfect.

It’s a great spot in a quit street. The room was huge, bed & sheets super comfy, tv had Netflix (in case u want to chill out) and the staff is beyond helpful & lovely. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the pancake ;) and it has a nice garden area for hanging out.

The only thing i’d mention is that the rooms are next to the kitchen & the hang out area so u hear everything. But earplugs might do the job ;).

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. It was a very safe and comfortable accommodation too. Convenient location that wasn’t too noisy. Overall a very good stay.

Parking is limited in the area but there is paid for parking basically next door if you couldn’t find a space nearby for free.

Very centrally located, with good Wi-Fi and very spacious rooms. The breakfast was open from 8am to 10pm and it was very good. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed.

It would be useful if breakfast could start at 7.30am to allow time for people going on tours/day trips to eat before they leave.

Emi the manager was the best, she really took care of us throughout our stay. I would book another hotel/hostel based solely on if she work there.

Too many bugs inside the building. Drains in some showers were clogged. Kitchen/balcony fan didn't work but that was a minor gripe. No hand soap provided next to sinks.
