It is absolutely clean, no complaints. And adorable cotton bath robe is provided and flip flops as well The breakfast is amazing, finally it was something like you imagine when travel to Asia: fruits, spring rolls, as many coffee as you want , mango jam ect ect There are option , will not make a list The staff is very friendly, comfortable to talk to and just nice overall Everything about the place is done very thoughtfully and guest oriented We stayed one night and then booked more, my boyfriend did not want to start elsewhere The location is really near all the live streets in walking distance to everything A really special place and I am a picky customer in fact!

High-quality bed and breakfast. Incomparable decor with magnificent vintage objects and family heirlooms. A top-quality welcome, and the total availability of the hosts, who take great care of their guests. A refined and varied breakfast under the fresh morning plants and in the shade of a tree. A beautiful green setting in the hotel. I'll be going back there as soon as I return to the region. Next door, a massage parlour at unbeatable prices. All this just 10 minutes from the airport. You can be sure of a quality stay at this charming hotel.

Wannamas Boutique House is like heaven on earth! We absolutely loved staying here during our 3 days in Chiang Mai. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed in and given fresh coconut water. Our 3rd floor room was spacious, sunny, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a huge bed, drawers to store our clothes, a giant shower, and a sweet little balcony overlooking a neighbouring monastery. The hotel was extremely close to popular Chiang Mai attractions - steps away from Wat Phra Singh, tons of great restaurants, and the Sunday Walking Market. It was the perfect spot for us as tourists, and we felt safe day & night. What stood out to us the most were the AMAZING staff members - Lak (I hope I spelled her name correctly), the manager, was especially kind and helpful. She would chat with us about our plans, offer suggestions about places to see & eat at, and helped us arrange transportation to the Bua Tong Sticky Waterfalls and Chiang Rai with an amazing driver named "Mr. Number One", who was incredibly sweet and funny. She was always present and made sure all her guests felt completely looked after. The food here was also outstanding - every morning there was a beautiful breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, Thai sweets, eggs/omelets, toast and cereal, with a Thai centrepiece - khao soi, pad thai, Thai stir-fry - something different each day. Lak very kindly made sure that a vegetarian version of each breakfast was available for us each morning, which we appreciated so much, and she also made amazing coffee. We ate our breakfasts outside on the gorgeous, peaceful front patio/garden area, overflowing with lush plants and colourful paper lanterns. A beautiful and charming boutique hotel in authentic Thai style. Very friendly and smiling staff. The location is perfect, close to all the liveliness, yet in a quieter street. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were chic and beautifully decorated.

The detail in the decor, the feel of the space as you walk in, giving it an authentic feel if Thai in the accommodation. Two ladies who assisted us, Mih and Lek (hope I didn't get your names too wrong), were wonderful with guiding us, speaking us through things, arranging an early morning taxi pick up for us when we left, their humility and call to serve evident and so much appreciated through our engagements when we spoke and attempted to joke between one another, a really warm and friendly feel they created for us with our engagements. The room was beautiful, had all you needed for a comfortable stay, amenities as advertised, breakfast was lovely with variety in Thai dishes for breakfast across the days. Safe location and central to move in and around the old town, and waking distance to other areas beyond the old town city walls if you choose to walk. Restaurants, aplenty, along with temples through the old town, night markets in walking distance including the Bazar and Saturday and Sunday night markets respectively. Close to the airport too, convenient drive by taxi or Grab ride. Thank you Mih and Lek to you and your team who took care of us and made our honeymoon special through your efforts! Would gladly recommend and enjoy another stay here if we are able to visit again in time.

Something to consider, if the vents of the A/C could be positioned so it doesn't blow directly onto the bed at the angles it currently does (even after the adjustment of the flaps), perhaps if the air could be directed further up towards the ceiling above the bed, it would allow for a better experience with he cold air not blowing directly onto the bed.

The location is based in the middle of the center of Chiangmai. The house is looking like a private one with photos and other private looking decorations. Beautiful wooden furniture everywhere. No plastic. There is a beautiful garden to sit and relax with free fresh water. The room been very cozy and good looking. The staff been very friendly and very helpful. If you wanted to sit out in the evening they offered some bug repellent and turned on ventilation. The breakfast has been with bread, different local jams, eggs made in different ways, fruits, milk, yogurt, water, fruit juices, coffee and tea and even a savory cooked meal. Very delicious. Good to stay short or long term.

The shower has a wooden cover on the ground. We believe that the wood started to mold or the ground under the wood has not been cleaned properly. However, the bathroom smelled badly.

It's a beautifully decorated hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The rooms face the inner yard, so it was quite at night. Very good breakfast, they take care to select good ingredients.

The showers need some renovation, it functioned but the holders were somewhat broken, and there was mold. Not critical but can be improved.

Feels like Family, 🏡, love felt in every corner of this property. The homemade breakfast by the Chef was excellent! The staff are lovely, met with the owner who became a good friend. i fell in love with this place amazingly good. A Gem

Breakfast had not many choices but they prepared with their sincerity and their service was excellent. cooked well. Also they provided adequate information for short term tourist.

we stayed room 3/3 , every evening around 9pm to mid night. the noise bothered me, I guess it sounds like motor pump pumping the water to roof top water reservoir. when each room use water, like shower, the pump activates for filling the water tank full.

I feel like I've discovered a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. It's a small, calm and authentic place with traditional Thai breakfast served on a cozy terrace in the morning. The hotel is located in Calm locations with in old town area, which is a good location for accessing everything on foot or by tuk-tuk for 100 baht.
