This place was nice. I think if I had it to do again I would stay a bit closer to the center of the Old City but that’s strictly because of the heat. The people at the desk were nice and there was coffee in the morning. Breakfast was fine though to be fair I didn’t eat it most days because I left early. I REALLY appreciated that they restocked the water on days I didn’t want housekeeping. Clean, air conditioned, nice shower, comfortable bed. Not much more you can want in my opinion. Note: if you’re looking for a luxury hotel to sit in all day, I’m not sure this is it. But that’s not what I was looking for nor is it what I expected!!

The location was a little far from the center of the old city. But it was doable!!

The staff were super helpful - reception was happy to answer any questions (in English), offer recommendations, and make bookings by request. Breakfast was far better than I expected, including some Thai desserts, fruits, pastries, and a choice from 4 main dishes (both Western and Asian). Laundry service was also quick. The rooms themselves are very new and clean with some beautiful lighting, and AC was powerful. Finally, the location next to one of the gates and the ring road - instead of in the middle of the old city - meant that it was much faster and cheaper when calling Grab/Bolt. Believe me, that one is important when it's too hot outside to walk for more than 10 minutes.

I didn't stay long enough to get to try the pool! :)

Friendly,polite and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for them. We could leave our bags safely after check-out and come back for them later. Charming place which is close to many attractions and street markets. It took us around 25 minutes to get to the Gate Market which offers plenty of cheap and super tasty foods. You have many beautiful temples in the hotel area. Rooms have everything you need(we tried 3 of their rooms due to our late booking and they were all very good)and are nicely decorated. Breakfasts were tasty (you get a few options to choose from) and also have fruit/homemade rice sweets and toast if you like. Swimming pool is a nice feature 👌

i Lanna House is a lovely traditional Thai building, dark wood and nice tiles. It is in a quiet corner of Chiang Mai, a perfect escape from the busy old city. The pool is a good place to cool off in the hot part of the day. Our room was one with a balcony. It was large. The bathroom was good. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He did the taxi ride to the airport for us. They will also do laundry, returning it the same day. I would happily stay here again.

Nothing, really. In common with every hotel we have stayed in Thailand, there were no shelves, which are always useful. The room was big enough for them. But that really is a minor issue.

In Old Town just off the beaten path. Conveniently close to restaurants. Enjoyed walking to every place I wanted to go. Breakfast was fine. Preset menu with a few choices. Nothing special but just right to set you off to explore the city. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The pool was just what was needed after exploring. Not Olympic sized but just right to cool off.

Wished I could have stayed longer. The peace and quiet and tranquility the hotel offered was perfect.

The accommodation was nice and staff communicated well... They have also option of late check in which was appreciated with our expectated later arrival. They clean rooms based on your decision, not every day. I liked this concept. Pool is smaller, but nice and clean.

The breakfasts could have some more options, there are only 4 - eggs, sousegges, rise and soup. Plus you can take some small sweets and 2 kinds of fruit.

They specially catered for Vegan/food preferences for breakfast. ALL the staff were so helpful and lovely. They booked activities at a discounted price for us, and couldn't help us enough. The location was at the end on a lane, so was very quiet and away from the noisy roads. The building was a traditional Lanna house building, which was very charming and authentic. lovely experience.

The hotel staff was really nice. So welcoming and could help with whatever we were asking. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and warm, hidden in the greenery of the garden and on the other side had a view on the hotel. Hotel itself has beautiful architecture. Rooms were clean and had 4 types of lighting options: main lights, side lights, ambient and bed lights. Beds were nice and cosy. Mattresses were good. I sincerely enjoyed staying at this hotel. After the first stay I came back after a week in the mountains and stayed there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at i Lanna House! The staff had done a honeymoon decoration on our bed, which we thought was such a sweet touch. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel had a lovely looking pool, although we never got round to using it, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all super friendly too. The location was great; walking distance to the centre of the city, and ideal for getting Grab taxis.
