Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, including a restaurant on the premises. There is light breakfast provided. Room was good size and clean, enjoyed having a balcony, comfortable bed, good Wifi connection. Rooms were serviced daily. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!

Thin wall, loud neighbours, but usually it was all quiet by 11pm.

We stayed here twice we liked it so much! Staff were really sweet and helpful. Breakfast was just what you needed and the location was perfect as it’s a short walk to all the markets and loads of temples and restaurants.

excellent location with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. highly recommend ‘lucky too’ restaurant opposite and khun Kaes juice bar round the corner bars not too loud - Lanna square closes midnight friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, room made up each day and water replenished free bread/toast, bananas and coffee available in the morning was a really nice touch

as in most properties, plastic water bottles are used and a switch to glass or refillable drinking water made available would be better for the environment

Location was great, air conditioning was quiet, beds were comfortable. Turns out we did get a simple free breakfast because we paid in cash. Reception was friendly. Pool was nice although the water could have been cleaner and many tiles were broken. Overall very good value!

The walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the neighboring room and even elsewhere in the hotel. They changed our towels everyday, which was nice, but there was no option to keep them and save water/energy. We also got new water bottles every day for free, but they were plastic. I would have rather had the possibility to refill my own bottles.

Location of the property was fantastic. In old town but situated in a lovely corner that was quiet and had several cute restaurants right outside our doorstep. Community vibe there is amazing. Rooms have balconies. If you can reserve 31 do so as it is a corner unit and you get two balconies with a great street view. If you go try the Lucky Too and Nice Kitchen restaurants. Both are very good. Local street market is 5 min walk away and street food stalls were great and they have live entertainment.

Great location, lovely room, comfortable bed and lovely helpful staff. They did a print out for our bus trip to Chaing Rai, ordered a taxi for 180 Baht (we should have questioned the 200 baht the tuk tuk charged us from the train station on arrival, no wonder he looked happy!) Great location walking around and plenty of places opposite the hotel for breakfast. We ate a lovely evening meal at the hotel and it was very reasonably priced. There is a swimming Pool here too with towels. If you have your room made up you get water bottles each time. There is a mini bar and prices are displayed, we did enjoy a small can of beer on arrival for 50 Baht. If you pay cash at the hotel you get free breakfast only we decided to pay the extra 3% on our MasterCard. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing. A little word though, stepping out from the bathroom to the room, there is a very small step, which my husband tripped on and cut his toe.

Nice enough hotel. Nothing to complain, I guess that sums it up. Great location, which is the best feature imo. For the rest: clean rooms, everything works, decent looking wooden furniture, nice little balcony. Small but okay swimming pool. Restaurant is not used by anyone it looks like, and breakfast is not worth mentioning.

Rooms have quite thin walls that might be the only complaint, but didn’t bother us that much. The place also doesn’t have that extra feel good factor that many Thai places have, where staff welcomes you daily with a kind smile (fake or not) and a little chat. It’s all very business-like here, except the cleaners who at least pretended to be friendly. But hey, maybe I’m expecting too much for a place with 30+ rooms.

The location was perfect. They had every morning a small free breakfast, good to start your day with. Very friendly staff, even provided the breakfast earlier before our trip.

They have a lot of flyers in the hotel for trips to elephants. But most of them are not good, they treated elephants not right. So don’t book this trips!!! If you want to visit elephants I recommend ‘ elephant dream project’ book on their own site. This project treats the elephant well. It was beautifull to see how respected the elephants are in this project.

I must say that all the amenities provided were excellent. Thanks to the daily cleaning service, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were immaculate. The pool area was a highlight of our stay, as it was very well-maintained and a great addition to the hotel. Lastly, our room was quiet and provided us with the perfect environment to relax and unwind.

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel! It exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn't find a single aspect that wasn't up to par. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

Amazing location, very clean large rooms, had a nice balcony. Very comfy large beds, good linens. Restaurant was very reasonable and food was yummy 😋 Pool was very refreshing and nice chairs to lie on. Pool towels provided.

Entry to the pool. The pool is all one depth, 1.4m. There is only one large step down in 2 corners of the pool. It is very dangerous and hard to get in and out of. My elderly mother and myself (bad knee) had quite a bit of difficulty in getting in and out. The Internet was very patchy and didn't always reconnect when returning to the hotel.
