very comfortable bed and really quiet room in good area one of the hotel staff was super friendly, offering us a free breakfast, he made up for his colleagues

other staff members felt like they didn’t wanna be there/work, very dry reception at check in

It was a beautiful hotel with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I didn't swim but sat on the beach chair by the pool, worked online, and chilled - I loved it. The wifi was excellent. I have a back problem, but the bed was very comfortable to rest in. The staff was super helpful and very kind. Good location to experience the local shops - not too fancy but loved the local food around the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay.

The only issue I had was the cleaning. I stayed four days and had to request two times to clean my room. When they finally cleaned, they just cleaned the floor and made the bed.

The room and ambient. The location was also good. The staffs are so helpful. Even they let me check in as early as 9 am due to our tired look after the long night train from Bangkok. They help us to rent a motorcycle and a one-day tour to Chiang Rai. They even nego for me to get a better price ...because we do not know the Thai language :). Free flow coffee, cool drinking water 24 hours, they offer a free wash and dry machine too. Breakfast with a pool view was awesome for me every morning!

Maybe about the mosquitoes. Because this hotel was surrounding by many plants

Very clean and comfortable. Very good mattress and pillow. Very quiet. TV with Netflix and other options. Good breakfast (although there was no cheese). Friendly and helpful stuff. The location is not the best if you want to explore the city but for me it was perfect cause I had a massage course at the massage school opposite and I was usually walking to the city (20-30 mins) and taking taxi back (around 85 baht). Laundry is free! There are a lot of cheap restaurants around.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was not sufficient toilet paper. Even though they cleaned the room every day they never left a second toilet paper even when the first one was almost finished. I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper once and two other days I was using the tissues provided in the room.

It was a lovely stay! The staff were so friendly and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The only downside were the mosquitos they were everywhere. Not much they could have done about that. But I was constantly on guard trying to not get bitten. But besides that. It was chilled like you were in a friend's house. Constant supply of free bottled water was a lovely touch and the pool was nice and cooling. Would recommend the stay here, just bring bug spray.

The mosquito were the only real issues. A few more hooks in the bathroom and in the room would have been handy but not a deal breaker

I visited many hotel in my life, but this is absolutely one of my favourite. The location is very good, a lot of plants and lights make a very chill atmosphere. City center is 15 minutes walk, but there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. They provide for free water and snacks every time, furthermore there is a laundry also free of charge. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed and enough space. Breakfast is essential, but ok to satisfy everyone.

Only little suggestion: please, make sign to indicate what is food served during breakfast, I am European (and vegetarian)and it’s impossible for me to understand what tipe of food was. Moreover, I dislike joint smell’s on the stairs

Excellent facilities for the price we paid! Absolutely loved the free laundry room, which was such a bonus for us travelling. The breakfast was good and the room was attended to every day.

It was a little far out to walk to the main happenings of Chiang Mai (night markets etc) but we still managed fine! I would maybe suggest that the hotel provides a shower room or something that can be used after check-out as there was many travellers who were waiting to catch evening transport/overnight trains.

Travel with a friend of mine. Great breakfast in the morning. Free flow of drinking water and coffee throughout the stay. Comfortable and clean room with full toiletries, hair dryer, tv and fridge. Not noisy as hotel location not in the middle of the busy town/near main road. Hotel staff/receptionist very friendly and kind to provide information to tourist. This is our first time staying in Chiang Mai and we both agreed that this hotel service very good!

I think the only issue I had is the access card need several time swipe to open the room. Aside from that, nothing to complain.

Really cool spot. Modern facility well set up for travellers and digital nomads. The room was simple, but comfortable (especially the beds) and the massive TV was a treat for watching some Netflix at night. The location is great - a nice quiet street but walking distance from the centre (20 minutes) with some basic shops, street food, restaurants, and a hub of popular Korean BBQ spots just down the road. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations.

Room (mostly the floors) could’ve been cleaner.

Breakfast was included, free water and fruit available throughout the day. Late check-in option was fantastic as my plane was delayed. The walk into town was not too far. I also liked that I could wash and dry my clothes for free!

View from the room was not so great and there were also some noises coming from next door. I used earplugs at night. The tap in the bathroom seemed a bit strange, the way the water came out.
