This is one of those beautiful little places that are so good you want to keep it a secret. Clean as clean can be. Beautiful crisp white linen. Great tea and coffee facility. Good size fridge. Massive wardrobe. Very comfy bed. Amazing bathroom. I cant quite believe how this place is so cheap and such good value for money. Host is good too, showed us around our room and then left us to it. A mobile number to contact should we need anything and spoke amazing English. Thank you!

All in all it’s a fantastic place! The staff is very friendly and obliging. They helped with everything for example if you need a driver or want to book a sightseeing tour. The room was very new, nice and clean and the bed is comfy. The hotel is located in the old town of Chiang Mai which makes it very easy to walk to many beautiful places. I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you for everything!

The hostess is so lovely. The hotel is great, everything you need, great aircon, clean and lovely staff ready to help out when needed. Would recommend definitely staying here! Location is great and nestled on a quiet street away from the busyness but still close enough to reach all the busy areas.

We only stayed 1 night before a flight at Chiang Mai airport, the staff were the loveliest. The room was spacious, clean and modern. It’s in a quieter end of Chiang Mai. We got the minivan from Pai and it took 15 mins to walk to here. Good for a stopover

In a more remote location, not as accessible as other places you could stay.

The owner Oil is the kindest person, and helped us with laundry and booking tours. The room was very nice and clean, and the fridge was huge. There was a lot of nice possibilities for breakfast a few hundred meters from the hotel - would stay again!

Noise protection is not great, you can here the aircon outdoor unit from outside the window and noises from the corridor Very small window.

Rooms could have a better insulation, it was okay but not amazing No breakfast offered, but there are many options around. There is anyway a fridge, instant coffee and water in the room.

A huge priblem is lack of ventilation in the rooms. Even if you open the door, there is no fresh air since the hotel itself is nor ventilated at all.
