The hotel is excellent, and even more than I expected. The location is perfect, easy to find and to explore the town. The hotel is clean and the pool is great. The breakfast I didn’t take, but it seemed to be good. If I come back anytime to Chiang Mai, I’ll stay at Rendezvous.

Location was great - 10 mins by taxi from the airport and walking distance to temples, central plaza mall (hot tip: cheap good food in their food court), Saturday night & Sunday night markets. Area was quiet at night. Pool was too cold to swim in but lovely to hang by. Our balcony didn't have a great view but was still really nice to have. Staff were friendly.

The bed was too hard in our opinion and placement of the toilet in the bathroom is tricky (especially for tall people).

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially First, the receptionist. He even checked on me when he noticed I had waited for my tour transport for some time. The property is clean and had most of what I need

The shower stall has tendency of water splash outside of it since it used shower curtain and nothing between the stall/restrrom to keep water out. I will also prefer regular coffee and tea packs instead of 3 in 1 coffee. Be nice if body lotion is available in the room. Be aware that the airport transport fee of 300B is for one way only in case you really need the hotel to arrange one which I did due to late night arrival and my first time visit to Chiang Mai

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Soon sorted out any issues we had. Away from main roads so quiet. Nice tranquil pool. Help yourself to coffee. Even brought us some refreshing cordial when we were relaxing round the pool. Chaing Mai very hot so pool was necessary. Location was reasonable. You can walk to the old parts but probably need a tuk tuk to get you to the markets. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't try it.

Room a little tired especially the bathroom. Not a lot of room in the latter. City view! Overlooked a run down shack. Limited beds around the pool.

The room was lovely and clean. The rest of the property was gorgeous. I loved the refreshing pool. Great after walking around in the heat. Meals were all beautiful and delicious. And we really appreciated the free early morning to-go meals offered (lovely little ham and cheese croissants), as they were just what we needed before our early tour pick up.

The A/C fan was a little weak and noisey, but did the job.

bad location despite the reviews, far away from everything, you just check on maps, a few places for dinner without take a tuktuk. no smoking room not even on the balcony. too many strict rules by the manager, so the atmosphere was not confortable in the common area. we got a room on the street side same price as mountain side, so we paid for noise. obviously we won't come back

A small hotel inside the city walls and on a quiet street. The breakfast was the best we have had in 6 months of traveling, although we did unfortunately miss out on one morning when the tour van turned up at 7:15. (Make sure you book your breakfast for 7am) - we were so disappointed as it was so good.

View is not the best, but not really an issue. Would benefit from the addition of a room safe but certainly not a deal breaker.

Lovely place to stay in the old city. Staff and very friendly and helpful. Nice to have complimentary coffee and cereal, even if you didn't book with breakfast. Large rooms. Nice area in the lobby to relax, read a book or work. Great location, within walking distance to Saturday and Sunday walking streets, Wat Phra Singh and Chedi Luang.

The pool didn't get much sun so was always very fresh. Our room had windows that faced into the internal stairwell which always had lights shining, which wasn't great at night.

The breakfast was good, the room was also good with the right type of balcony facing front view. The hotel location was good because it was not far away from the main road and the night market about 1 or 2 km away that could choose to buy any foods for dinner or supper.

They did not provide toothpaste and tooth brush. At night the alley one way lane was not very bright lighted up.

Clean, spacious room with a nice balcony. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They really made you feel at home. The optional breakfasts were delicious. The location was excellent - within the old city and within easy walking distance of a large park with a track, exercise equipment and an annual flower festival. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
