We really liked this hotel- Location is good, inside the walls and south gate of the old town and within easy walking distance of attractions. It has a small pool attached to a beautiful dark wood panelled bar and the lobby is modern and a pleasant place to sit while waiting for tours or taxis. The kids loved the pool after a hot day sight-seeing. Rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced daily. Air-con was excellent .There was a substantial free breakfast which is not advertised. Best of all were the amazing super-friendly staff- especially Ping- who couldn't do enough to help us find suitable family activities during our stay. The price was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to other families holidaying in Chiang Mai.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were so friendly and helpful, greeted with a smile every time you pass reception! Pool was lovely to have and the rooms were super clean. There’s a small breakfast with some toast and fruit provided with tea and coffee. We loved our stay so much, we wish we stayed longer!

a lot of the pool is in the shade and there isn’t many sun loungers but we always get one when we wanted to!

This is a nice hotel in a good location with friendly, helpful staff! They were having some issues with the pool during my stay but the staff were working very hard to resolve this and communicated it well it was still usable if slightly discoloured. There is a 7/11 very close by a few smaller bars. There is a laundry service at the hotel and a self-service laundry just next door too. The staff were very friendly and didn't raise any eyebrows when I came home from watching the England football game at 4am Chiang Mai time!

It was a little bit of a walk to the main restaurants/bars etc but I knew this on booking and it felt a safe enough area to walk home in the dark.

Good location: in the old town but in a quiet area. Next to the hotel there are a 7-Eleven and a 24h coin laundry. Very kind and helpful staff that speaks English. Free breakfast. Our room was clean with clean up service every day.

The WiFi was very weak in the evening; probably when most of the people were connected. I checked the internet speed and it was 30Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. Our bathroom had a very small window and there was no air recirculation. The water of the swimming pool was a bit cold.

Firstly, I want to say the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a minor issue with the room that they really tried to help with, we really appreciated that. The room & bathroom was really spacious and the bed was super comfy! Great location and only a small walk to temples, markets, restaurants, 7/11, ATMs etc

Unfortunately the A/C was not great. We’d have it set to the lowest setting but the room was still pretty warm. Also not having an extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t help. I would also be careful in the shower as the floor can be quite slippy

Wonderful warm welcome from the chap on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful on both the occasions we stayed. Smart, clean, contemporary room with all the facilities we required and a particularly excellent shower. Although the hotel states it doesn’t provide breakfast, it actually provides a very adequate breakfast in the lobby. Great location for exploring the old city; a great place to stay.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and with hot water (water pressure was also very good). The staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with any requests. You could easily walk to the city center and it was also super close to the airport. There was no breakfast included in the price, but they had coffee, biscuits and toast with jam every morning. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Rooms are quite good value. Really comfy bed and pillows and nice bedding. Location is good but not quite as tourist as someone the other areas - can be a pro or con! Decent storage space. The staff were also lovely!

Very little space in the room but the storage helped with that. Tiny window that looked out onto other buildings so we were pretty much without any natural light. I'm sure other rooms have more space/light.

Great location. Located within the old city and walking distance (10ish mins) to the attractions. Close by access to cafes, restaurants, tour shop, convenient stores. I stayed in the family room. Very clean and good amenities. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Small but clean pool. The best part of my stay were the hotel staff. The front desk reception workers are absolutely amazing. They’ll go above and beyond to meet your needs. They’re so fun and kind. Honestly loved interacting with them daily

Very clean, comfortable hotel close to everything. Great complementary breakfast of toast, biscuits, cakes, cereals and fruit, juice and coffee. Reception staff Pleng, Frank and their colleagues were always very warm and helpful. Pleng loves languages like me, so we exchanged a few phrases 😀. Do take a few minutes to chat to them, lovely people. On our last morning the water supply was interrupted in the street (imagine in a hotel). Pleng and Frank did a great job of explaining and keeping people calm, despite the pressure. Super job, well done and thanks my friends!
