I loved the staff here - they were all fantastic but special mention to Pleng whose english was amazing and went out of her way every single day to smile, be welcoming, and helped with every single question I had. Nothing was too much trouble for her. As someone who was new to CM (but not to Thailand), every single person on reception treated me like family and made my landing so much easier. I was there for 2 weeks in all. Very convenient location in the old city - a great place to base yourself and explore. Lovely pool with shaded areas. Great coffee and fruit (all free) in the mornings. 24/7 launderette (spotless) next door.

Everything was great.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and happy to help with anything. They booked multiple cars for us which made getting to different locations very easy. When we came back from tours the staff were lovely and interested in how our days had been. The room was large (twin room) and very clean, the cleaning staff were excellent and we got bottled water each day. We enjoyed using the pool and the wifi was excellent throughout our stay. The location was great and we had multiple markets that were walking distance or a short drive away.

Nothing, everything was excellent

kept exceptionally clean. We did not go out side until later in the day to escape the blistering heat of late mornings into much of the afternoon. The front desk was always very accommodating to have our room cleaned whenever we left it, even if just to go to the swimming pool for an hour. The hotel also offers a light continental breakfast in the morning set up in the lobby area, and it’s included in the hotel price of the room.  What could be more convenient than not having to look for an eatery when you just get up.  also, if you’re willing to walk, location is perfect for city sightseeing.

Nothing to say about what we did not like. We had spent the preceding week at a more upscale hotel, located in a tony area. Although we had anticipated the possibility of disappointment at this second hotel because of its low prices, we were highly surprised by the quality of service. The hotel room was much smaller than the first hotel, but very adequate for our needs.

The hotel is cozy and in a great location, our room was very comfortable, clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff are amazing, so service-minded, helpful, kind and generous. They really go the extra mile to make you feel valued as a guest in their hotel, and help you with anything you might need! Every one of the receptionists were super friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile and a "sawarika" when we got back to the hotel 😊 They're all really positive and the vibes are just excellent at The Wing Lanna! After staying there for almost 3 weeks, it really started to feel more like a second home than a hotel! The pool is great too, as well as the reception area. We already miss the hotel so much!

I really have zero complaints.

The price of the room is very good, low price but with swimming pool. Luckily our bathroom is clean which the other guests got bad experience about the toilet cleanliness. The room rate has no meals, but the hotel serves toast and coffee in the morning, this surprises me.

Water is not hot enough in bathroom, it takes long time to run the heater, first one to take shower feels a bit cold even in summer time, the second one to take shower feels better. Not many minibus will go pass the hotel location. The others are all ok for me. Will stay again next time.

The best part of the hotel is without a doubt the staff. They literally cannot do enough for you and really go the extra mile to make sure you’re ok and help you out. There’s Pleng who does the morning shift, Frank in the afternoon and Annie who does the night shift. Sometimes they send Wisut to cover and help out. The staff booked us Muay Thai tickets and even got them to pick us up from the hotel for free, they helped us pick an elephant sanctuary tour and they push to get discount over the phone for you. Wisut helped me book for a hire car very last minute late at night which took a while but he was so polite and helpful about the whole thing. We also had our washing done twice through the hotel (it gets sent off to another company) and if you pay express it comes back that night by 8pm For us the property was just a place to sleep so we weren’t fussed about what the hotel had or did etc. The first time we stayed we had room 210 which had a double bed in. The room was great, with a big shower and decent air con that kept us and the room cool. The second time we stayed we had the 3rd floor which had two single beds in (which we knew when we booked it) again a big shower space and decent air con.

The pool closes at 18:00 which in my opinion is a bit early as it’s so hot in Thailand it would be nice to be able to use it until later. Breakfast is a bit basic it’s bread, a couple of biscuits and some bananas. Tea, coffee, orange juice and water.

The location was perfect, being on the edge of Old Town Chiang Mai with so many restaurants and massage places within walking distance. Plus there was a 7-Eleven nearby making it convenient to grab something quick. The staff was super helpful from the moment I checked in. They were always eager to help with anything I needed, even helped me arrange transport to the train station in advance.

Their morning breakfast offerings weren't very diverse. A few sandwiches, coffee, and hot water for other beverages (tea, Milo, etc.). Other than that, I really didn't have anything I didn't like about my stay. I'm not a breakfast person, so the minimal offerings wasn't a big deal. Just good to know for guests who are expecting a full spread.

I stayed at the Wing Lanna Hotel recently with my family and it was such a great experience. + All of the staff was very welcoming and accommodating no matter what time of the day it was. When we left, I forgot my airpods and called the receptionist and they helped me look for it and book a grab delivery to the airport for me! I'm so thankful. + The rooms were clean and well kept. The beds were comfy; AC and heaters work great; wifi signal is very strong. Another plus is they have twin beds room on the ground floor, which was perfect for my parents who are old and prefer not to wait for elevator / walk on stairs. + The hotel also has a bar, pool and provides some light breakfast. + The location is excellent, right in the central area, 15min walk to the Sunday night market / street food area; lots of cheap and delicious restaurants / eateries & 711 / pharmacies / tour agencies / bike rentals around all in walking distance for my old / disabled family members.

Extremely cordial and friendly staff that turned out to be a true help in crises when a phone was accidentally left at the premises upon departure and the staff helped out sending it with a Grab shuttle to the airport. The minibar was nicely priced at same price as 7 / 11 stores ,- Nice decor and pool,- though the pool opening time should be longer,- specially as it’s surroundings are so nicely lid Rooms are clean and modern with nice cultural references to the location. moderately and fairly priced.

Wi-Fi was good and simple,but didn’t hold consistent connection,- and the room didn’t come with two key cards even when we had the family room,- but that’s minor,- unless you’re life depends on internet… enjoy!❤️

Very clean property throughout the entire building plus a lovely interior design. There was a well-working aircon, fridge (with 2 bottles of water per day for free), a kettle plus instant coffee & tea, hairdryer, hot shower, large and comfy bed. The wifi worked perfectly. The staff at the reception (Frank & Een) were very friendly and funny. The small complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. In addition thereare a small pool and a bar

when people were talking loudly in the corridors at night it was sometimes too loud (room doors are not tightly shut/sealed)
