Comfortable room. The location was convenient for walking to the 3 Kings Monument and museums. Staff helpful. Location had many pluses for convenience but also downsides.

The noise level both from the « party street » until around midnight but this was sort of to be expected. However the noise from the adjoining rooms was loud. Equally I had problems with my asthma and probably disturbed my neighbours as well. It is impossible for the hotel to gauge how their guests will behave, guests are on holiday. The location will be attractive to party-goers and thus noise is more likely. The hotel staff however were brilliant and did what they could.

1. location really close to the main Chiangmai tourist attractions. a 7-10ish minute walk will bring you to the Sunday night market and popular temples. really close to a 7/11 and if you are into drinking there are nearby bars. 2. tv tv was amazing with access to Netflix

1. bathroom cleanliness the bathroom was a bit gross….. The shower curtain is too long so the whole bottom had like reddish blackish stains 🥲 the shower floor and shower head also had blackish stains….. 2. room was a bit dark, lighting wise even though there was a big window in the room, it faces directly towards the hallway, so I pretty much kept it closed the whole time. there weren’t that many overhead lights

the hotel is located in a central point of old town. From there you can walk everywhere to the main temples. It also has many restaurants around. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I was also surprise on how quiet it was, even though it is close to a busy street

For the cost, this is a great little place with comfortable beds and lovely friendly staff, in an excellent location.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Location was perfect easy walk to everywhere. The famous Annies is on the corner great food & drinks. Such a lovely host. Comfortable bed big flat screen tv to relax by. Shower had great pressure hot or cold worked well. Staff helped me get a grab taxi when it was pouring rain.

Besides your room, it didnt really feel like their was an outdoor space to relax in. Downstairs area could be better utilised for this.As there is a area there but its not inviting in anyway.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, both the rooms were very clean and up to date. Upon arrival, we received 4 drink tickets for free drinks at the bar down the alley.

great location, helpful staff, the beds are so so comfortable and the rooms were very clean! perfect for us as a couple who wanted to go out. bit loud at night but nothing you can’t sleep through and given the location it was well worth it.

The place so convince that is near popular places and can walking round not to far from Sunday night market, bar or temples

Location central but on a quiet street. Bed was very comfy. Plenty of space in the room. Staff friendly.

No drawers or shelving unit. No possibility to have breakfast at the property.

Very calm and friendly staff, central location in Chiang Mai old town and great rooms with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice at the nearby Spice Garden.
